We've had Dysons for years and they're great we have an Animal corded for weekly vacuuming and a stick one for quick cleanups downstairs. I highly recommend either getting it from Costco or with a card with extended warranty. Costco will honor returns/ replacements better than Nordstrom and if you put it on a card like an Amex, Costco visa or Chase they will often extend the warranty a year or 2 past the manufacturer date. I haven't had any issues with my dysons.I might be interested in the Dyson vacuum. I know their products are highly rated. Anyone own a Dyson vacuum? and like or dislike it? I think a Dyson vacuum was part of the Anniversary sale a few years back.
I have the cordless stick Dyson. I like that it is easy to maneuver and it does a pretty good job with pet hair. However, I only really like using the actual stick vacuum or the smaller head attachment (that makes it sort of like a handheld vacuum/dirt devil). All of the other attachments/brushes I find pretty useless and do not work well to get into smaller spaces.I might be interested in the Dyson vacuum. I know their products are highly rated. I love the added insights re: #of units. It looks like the Levi’s shearling and green BCBG coat is either expected to sell out quick or not generate much interest…
Thank so much for posting this new intel. When I shared it with my daughter who used to work retail, she mentioned it was neat because you could see how many units of each thing they had, interesting!
I really don’t buy clothes now that I cannot return to a physical store.I have to be honest, as fun as this sale is, shopping at Nordstrom has become exhausting. The orders take a long time to ship and to go through the mail. And returns have been very difficult, am I the only one? In the past few years I've had to follow up on a lot of returns that have been received by nordstrom, both confirmed though tracking and on the order page on their site. I just returned a bra ($50) and they received it earlier this month - the order page stated "Received by Nordstrom" they researched it and claimed basically they can't locate it now and after some discussion they are refunding me but there's a message stating I should insure my packages. What insurance covers loss in their warehouse? This has happened a few times one time I had the shipping weight confirmed for a pair of shoes and they still claimed they couldn't find the return in their warehouse.
I'm just nervous about shopping here anymore if this keeps happening. I just don't have these issues with Saks, Neimans and other stores. Anyone else seeing these issues?
