There's already so many problems on the website. I'm looking at the VIP pre-order and the Burbank Bootie by Charles David is almost sold out in three different colors? How can that be? Also the Sam Edelman Welles bootie is listed as black suede but the picture is clearly black leather. The sale is not even open to cardholders and there's some mistakes!

Okay now I feel like a dummy... why would this year be any different? The sale always opens in stores 3 hrs earlier on the east coast right? What am I missing?

I would prefer midnight personally... at least I can choose to shop at that time with no other responsibilities. Friday midday?! Nope.

Maybe I’m overthinking tonight. In the past online access was an equalizer in getting most of our items. I’m just thinking how I can be in stores ordering for approximately 3 hours before west coast folks start shopping online or in stores. Just thinking how that could be unfair...

I’ve read everything online I can find, I don’t see any exclusions on purchasing $400 in gift cards to receive the $100 note. Use a double point day and you’re close to another $20 note. Am I missing something?

I was thinking the same thing! I don't need anything now, but I'm sure I will spend the gift card during the sale. Does anyone know if this will work?

I just happened to have this cardigan in my wish list and I stumbled upon it. Look what it says under the size options. I can’t seem to find any other items like this though. Maybe you need the direct links?

I think last year you did have to use your Nordstrom card during the first part of the sale. I think this was a change from previous years.

I personally didn’t have to use my Nord CC, and I shopped starting the first day of early access. They asked for my Nord card to swipe and gain access to the anniversary sale price, but then I was asked if I wanted to pay with it also or use different form of payment.

Really excited and every year I tell myself I don’t need anything, but this thread sucks me in and I end up getting tons of stuff for myself, hubby, my kids, and then other family for Xmas presents!

Trying to stick to necessities this year since I rarely wear any fall/winter gear, living in San Diego. Excited to see the athleisure and possibly a good pair of denim. Will always check out the makeup and diffusers/candles too. Ugh I can already feel myself buying more than I need!

I remember last year that you have to put everything on your Nordstrom card. You can however return some of the items and repurchase with the gc's once the sale goes public.

Is anyone else’s wishlist acting up? Ever since they changed to the new wishlist it makes me log in every time I try to view it (even though at login I select the option to keep me logged in). I just sent them some scathing comments about how their new wishlist is no bueno. Will be bookmarking items to Safari or add them to my cart and stalk them.
