I don't know y'all, I'm still just over it. Most everything I kept for fall (that is still hanging in my closet with tags) is probably $5-$6 per item cheaper per item. I've just this week gotten my final return credited to my account. Mail in returns took at least three weeks, every single one. I know I'm the one that moved away (Nordstrom didn't leave me - I left them!), but they're just not worth it for me anymore. Also I agree about the Rack, I have one locally and haven't bought a thing in the two months I've been here. Nothing worth having.

I agree. This has been a huge turn off for me. It looks like nearly every item from the sale has been marked down. It was inexcusable that there were so ill equipped to manage the sale at all after last year's fiasco, and now this. I don't know how they think they can continue to hype up this sale every year if this is how it's handled.

I reordered the Vince cable sweater but can't reorder/return the Caslon leather moto cuz I've already worn it a bunch of times, oh well.

If I bought the pink or beige cuir Longchamp during the AS I'd be pissed that it's 50% now, especially if i already cut the tags and started using the bag.

The Halogen ‘Blouson’ cashmere cardigan I bought is now $60 cheaper than NAS. Unfortunately I’m Canadian so with shipping and duties it’s almost not worth the hassle of buying it again. Annoying.
You have to go in person to get your price adjustment. As long as you still have the tags on your item, any sales associate should be able to give you a partial refund on the price differential between NAS and the sale price.

I am debating how much to return and rebuy. One sweater is significantly cheaper now, so I definitely will do that one. Several others are about a $25 difference. Not sure if that is enough to make it worth the hassle, plus then the SA loses their commission bc I would be reordering online. Two items I bought are completely sold out now, so I am glad I made those purchases. I think the all saints bag I got may be worth a return and rebuy too but I have to check on the price difference. It is really irritating how quickly stuff goes on sale cheaper, but it’s not like I didn’t know that was going to happen...

Glad people have posted that the prices are lower. I have had the Autumn Cashmere dress cancelled several times during the sale. Finally received one last week and had the price adjusted. Looked at it online and it is even cheaper!
I ordered a new one at the lower price and returned the one I received.
Everything else I ordered, I pulled the tags off, so I can’t return them. But it is annoying that I could have saved almost $100 if I just kept the tags on! Lesson learned!

How much was that Autumn Cashmere dress in the NAS? Usually the NAS is 40% off and I see the dress is 40% off now. I'm tempted! I like the color on that dress, a year round color.

Flannel shirts were mentioned previously- just a heads' up that LL Bean has a 25% off promotion going on for Labor Day. Plus, if you spend $50 or more, shipping is free and you get a $10 coupon toward a future purchase. Good time to stock up on those cozy lumberjack shirts- I bought my supply for the year.

It was $276.12. Now it is $227. Really cute on. Especially with combat type boots! For me it ran big. I usually wear size small, but had to order an x-small.

Trying to see if should get my $274 PAul green boots from sale at $207 now —- got triple points - how much are 822 points worth in dollars? That would make the 274 I paid somewhat less so factoring that in ...
Triple points = 6%, so about $16.44
In most cases it makes sense to return and rebuy now, with the summer sale but many things are completely sold out, other items (like most Spanx) are not on sale in the Summer Sale and other things are the same % off as Anniversary. I think these are mostly the leftovers, but I like lots of those!

OK I took the plunge. I ordered this in Large, even though you and the reviews say this runs large- I think I want it to be free flowing.

Ladies- I had this Autumn Cashmere dress in my cart for 2 days and did not buy. Then yesterday I got this email- $10 Note showed up. I think Nordstrom does this when you have stuff in your cart, as an incentive to buy.
