Hi all - I asked for price adjustments on my items through live chat and they said it was outside the 14 day window. I’m thinking of taking the items into the store and getting adjustments for those that have tags on them. Do you think they’ll let me return and rebuy in one transaction? Anyone try this?

I also asked for a price adjustment through live chat and got denied, too, because it was outside of the 14 day window. It was under $5 but it still would have been nice to get it back...especially since I haven't worn it yet. I'm going to try to call the 800 number and see what they say.
 
I always have issues getting price adjustments. When I get home today I’m going to take inventory of what still has tags and has not been worn and just repurchase and then return. I don’t know why they make it so hard, I would assume a return and repurchase is more hassle for everyone involved instead of the adjustment.

I just rebought a bunch of zella items that are now 50% - saving about $30 per item. I probably wouldn't bother for ONE thing but for 4- its worth it. I think the pink Longchamp bag I bought is probably going to 50% off also, but it isn't yet. The great thing is on this re-buy- I used my $60 note! So I'm going to wind up with a $180 credit!
Until I find something else to buy................

Its mostly just the Nord brand stuff that is deeper discounted. I was scouting this cashmere sweater from the NAS, it is now the same price as the NAS.

Called the 800 number and they said the same thing. When I asked about returning and rebuying in store to get the credit, they told me that was an option. What a pain! If they have it in stock, they should just price adjust it. I bought something from Bloomingdales online and they price adjusted it for me TWICE...no hassle. I may just return the item......

ETA: LOL! I just checked to see if I could rebuy the item and it is not on the website. I guess that color sold out.

Most of this is the same prices as the NAS. Very few are lower than NAS.
