I also got one and from the wording of it, it applies to everyone.
Now through August 26, Nordstrom cardmembers earn 10 points per dollar on net purchases made using a Nordstrom credit or debit card at Nordstrom Rack, nordstromrack.com and hautelook.com.† Just pay with your Nordstrom card—and you'll be well on your way to your next Nordstrom Note!
Also, if you log into "Nordstromcard.com", there is a banner page with this also. This only applies to Hautelook and Rack, not regular Nordstrom.
FYI- Clear the Rack (extra 25%) starts 8/31, which is after this 10 points offer ends.

JMHO but those that think you will find lots of NAS inventory at Rack - for less $$- will be pretty disappointed. When Nordstrom moves items to Rack these days, they start at prices higher than what you can get at Nordstrom on sale. Rack only gets the leftover Nordstrom brand stuff, and an occasional return where somebody cut the tags off. I used to get tremendous stuff at Rack, but now Nordstrom controls stock at the full line stores and has opened too many Racks to get anything good.

Yesssss and when you add shipping if you do not purchase $100 or more it is even MORE! I have stopped buying at the Rack. I use to get PJ Salvage there but now I find Amazon has cheaper prices.

I think there was one NAS (a few years ago - maybe 2015?) when Nordstrom was stuck with lots of excess inventory and sent it to Rack. This caused all kinds of animosity on Instagram- but really, that was just that one year. I remember that year as having nothing exciting in the NAS, that was when they had the Chloe "Ethel" for 4 years in a row- part of their problem then was the product mix- not just pricing. The few racks that existed had all kinds of leftover inventory because the full line stores stocked way more, then. I used to find Eileen Fisher, Vince, J Brand, all the top brands at Rack- most came from the full line stores as unsold stock- all that is gone now.

I have randomly found nice PJ Salvage flannel at the Rack but few and far between- bought a set about 6 months ago- I rarely buy anything from the Rack anymore. I so miss Target Nick and Nora- they used to make the cutest print flannel jammies that lasted forever and were priced really well. PJ Salvage is the closest I can find to N&N but at almost twice the price.

Silly question I'm sure but when you say you got a note, did it come via snail mail, email, or did your Rewards balance just increase by $60? Personally, I'm used to my mailman delivering mine (but it's been awhile).

Someone mentioned early in the thread but I don't know where, issue with a missing shipment. Nordstrom shipped my package. UPS claims they delivered but the package is unfound. They said they delivered to my lobby front desk but they claim they don't have it. Im working with an the SA who sold me the item but I wondered if you guys have any experience with such an issue. DId Nordstrom send you something right out, or was there a wait period. UPS said that Nordstrom has to open a claim. It was a bag so not a cheap loss and I'm super annoyed

Never mind the bag was found. The UPS guy put it in the wrong box and person who took it was nice enough to return it.

I thought it was a glitch at first and was (still sorta am) waiting for the "we're sorry, due to a glitch we inadvertently issued notes to your account, we have since corrected the error" email
