That is ridiculous! What does it matter where it comes from?? It REALLY matters to the customer to get what they ordered!

Its absolutely crazy. I didn't know their policy last year and it took almost 2 weeks for them to send me a new $800 gift card. I was beyond annoyed.

I agree with this being how Coach tracks and punishes one for a lot of returns, regardless of reason for return. Best to stay off the radar.

As long as a cashback site has a decent offer, it is enticing to reorder but I can't be bothered at this point and then have Coach punish you for it somehow later showing return and repurchase!

Have you called for a PA on any 40/20 items that went down to 50 or were all yours 50 to begin with? Need some success stories lol

I went ahead and reordered the dreamer tote this morning. Just checked my account and it's backordered even though there were over 100 in stock. I don't understand Coach.

You wouldn't have any problem getting the 50 versus 40 if it was within the 14 days. (I had done one for a price change that went from 30 to 40 a while back, and it was no issue). But I think if you got the 20 off, since the 20 off is not still active, I am not sure how that would work. I was thinking the 20 off was specific to certain days and not price adjustments, but I could be wrong.

You're probably right.
It's just 2 items that went to 50. One I ended up gifting to SIL last minute since the watch I ordered her arrived broken (actually saved $$ watch vs bag too ) and the other I can't bring myself to reorder, which tells me that I should return since it obviously isn't love and even though is pretty I can appreciate it without having to own it....so basically the need to do a PA is a moot point now.
