Do you know if they will PA items that went to 50% that were bought on the 13th with the extra 20%? A couple of my items were 40%....that's about a $60 difference! Usually I'd email CS, but I bought through SA...
I wonder but kind of have a feeling they wouldn't. I bought a couple things during that initial 20% off too.
Don't get me wrong, we all know the games Coach plays with prices during sales. That said, I ordered items within the week that I can now save almost $100 on with a PA. Will CS give a price adjustment on an order? Although I could just reorder all of the items at the lower price but I lack the energy to do this as well as pack up the original item for returning. This price shuffling is becoming irritating!

I know the 2nd 20% they did, the email offer said no price adjustments on previous purchases so you're probably right. The 40/20 vs 50/14 (e-bates) isn't worth reordering for the 5% effective difference...

I'm not sure. It doesn't hurt to ask her if Coach will allow it. This situation is different because the extra 20% normally happens after all the sale items are 50% off.
UPS is not picking up again until Wednesday, December 26th.
They also aren't picking up on 12/31 or 1/2.

I had a package ship 2 day air on Friday and it won't deliver until 12/26-27. I guess Saturday and Monday don't count...so the second day is supposed to be 12/26. We'll see.
As long as a cashback site has a decent offer, it is enticing to reorder but I can't be bothered at this point and then have Coach punish you for it somehow later showing return and repurchase!
I agree with this being how Coach tracks and punishes one for a lot of returns, regardless of reason for return. Best to stay off the radar.
I'm thinking of reordering right now. Several days ago I ordered through my SA at only 40% off because it was showing out of stock online. She said I could bring it in for a PA once it hit 50%, there were around 120 left in stores only. I could just order right now at 50%/14% e*bates but I would miss out on using my $350 in giftcards. For some reason Coach cancels online orders that use their giftcards if the order has to be sourced from a boutique.
That is ridiculous! What does it matter where it comes from?? It REALLY matters to the customer to get what they ordered!
