Any idea if these 24/24 with double strap ever hit the rack? I’m still trying to figure out the weird 24/24 size 24 I got with double strap…
no, i don't think it ever made it like that. The Harnachment shoulder strap have the same design but only have seen in epsom leather. I would strongly suggest you have it authenticated again.
You have a good point. But the strap I got here is not a standard harnachement strap either. It’s shorter. It feels like the whole thing is a shrunken size 24/24 29. I brought it to my SA in Hermès and she’s very confident that it’s an authentic one. Yet she has no idea why it’s so small. The finally authentification can only be done by the artisans and I need to leave it to a paid service to get that, which is pointless as the bag is practically new. So still confused.

Thank you! And despite your horror at spending that amount of money for a "canvas" bag, I think it's going to be one of my most-worn H bags. It's elegant, under-the-radar while being intriguing, holds a metric sh!t-tonne of stuff, and is as light, durable, and easy to carry as a GP. The Cassis pop of color makes it special and fun, and I predict it will be one of the best impulse decisions I ever made.

It is a gorgeous bag though. And on pricing, H makes zero sense. They have a Multiplis up for $10,000 that doesn't hold anything and a Double Sens for the same amount that looks like it cost nothing to make. At least the 24/24 has beautiful hardware. I just cannot understand how they are all over the map on pricing.
When it was introduced in 2018 the all-leather size 35 of the 24/24 was $9350 USD. I cannot find current USD pricing, but it appears that in January of this year the Togo/Swift version was £7070 GBP. When it comes time to buy one in all leather, I think my best bet is to head to Europe...It makes much more sense if it were the 35; that I can explain as more of a travel purse. Funny you should bring up the 24/24 because I definitely see them mo often on H.com than I have in the past. I also see it gaining popularity in the smaller sizes in the influencer groups.
I had grabbed a couple of screenshots of drops over the past weeks and sharing prices of the full leather 24/24 in 29. And a gorgeous one with touch.
Well this helps solve the pricing mystery. If that CAD $14,800 price is current for April of 2022, then the USD price is around $11,700.
