Thanks for the tip! The canvas seems indestructible but the leather I’m not so sure about. Do you feel like it’s durable and the first one your received was a fluke or do you think the “chips” will happen over time with wear and tear?

Honestly I think it was just a fluke. It seems like maybe they were areas where the protective coating was rubbed off before it was fully dried or something. No issues with the new one, but I will be sure to post if I find anything otherwise. It is a great easy daily bag which is exactly what I was looking for

Hi everyone! What do you think of the new horsebit? Love that it can be worn multiple ways — it has a leather shoulder strap and a chain crossbody strap would love to see mod shots
It is nice! I saw it in person, but didn't try it on. Just note (and maybe this won't worry you) that the chain strap has toggles instead of a clip to attach it to the bag. I was worried that it would untoggle itself, but maybe someone has the bag and can tell us if this is an issue.
Just purchased the horsebit card case wallet from the outlets. I didn’t notice it until I came back home, but there are two scratches in the front leather detailing. Would you return or exchange ? Im worried of the wear and tear. Thanks!

Hello! I need a good advice from Gucci lovers. I impulse purchased this bag from the store a couple of days ago because when I saw her I fell in love with the marvellous blue green shade but later in the day I experienced a major buyer remorse (I never impulse buy expensive stuff so this was totally unusual for me) because I was saving for a tpm Evie in gold and used all those savings for her so I was experiencing both shame and guilt toward this purchase. I decided to sell her immediately on VC to recoup the money but the listing has not been published yet and now I am left wondering whether it's a smart movie selling her or not.
If you were me which one would you keep? Should i keep on waiting for the Evie and sell the Gucci or would you stick with what I already own? I know that your answer could be biased because it's G forum but I need expert advisers!

I think this is absolutely beautiful, especially in this color for spring/summer. And, clearly, it sparked something in you to cause you to buy it so impulsively. I would take a day or two to play dress up with it. Style it with a few outfits from your closet to see how it works for you and whether that joy is still there, somewhere. If you don't rediscover the love that made you buy it and it doesn't bring you joy, only shame and regret, you shouldn't keep it because you won't use it. And, worse, you'll feel bad every time you see it in your closet.
I wonder why you would sell it at a loss on Vestiaire, though, when surely you're within the window to return it?
I think the bag is simply beautiful. This colour will look great all year round and it's one of the most classic lines.
I have 2 Gucci dome bags, a med (2005) and a larger python Catherine (2010?) both ancestors of yours. They are so easy, I still wear both regularly.
