I'm hearing different rules from different SAs. I'm still able to reserve 22A with two of my SAs. One was able to reserve a mini boy (non classic) but he did mention they can no longer ship classics. The other SA reserved a mini flap and mini flap with handles for me and didn't mention other restrictions.

My NM SA also confirmed that they can no longer ship classics starting the 9th of June.

I was told by my SA in the US yesterday chanel has implemented new Chanel guidelines for chanel classic purchases: Only 2 classic flaps including the mini can be purchased in a calander year. No reserves for Spring Act 1 & Fall Act 1. I already bought a chanel medium CF in Jan 2022 and want the green iridescent mini square bag. So that will be it for me for the rest of the year 2022. Hoping I can get the green iridescent.
Is it only classic flaps and minis? I've heard this 2 bags a year also includes other icon bags like the boy, gabrielle, etc. I am just very confused and don't know how to plan my purchases.

My SA said: No phone orders for all classics including square/rectangular/pearl crush/top handle/reissue minis. No phone orders allowed for SLGs or jewelry. I was shocked! Jewelry?? seriously Chanel?
They can ship after seven days. No holds no reserves. They are asking that you come into the store or boutique. I'm getting the impression that Chanel wants the customer to make a impulse purchase if maybe you're original item you would have only purchased is not available and you purchase something else. My Sa usually see me on Sunday and she's trying to get me to come into the store on Saturday.

Chanel has lost me as a customer. The closest (30 min away) boutique is a Nordstrom one. Their selection isn’t always the best and I haven’t bought much from there. This is really unfortunate.
Most of your purchases was over the phone? I think a lot of Sa is going to lose commissions on the day of launch. I hope this policy backfires on Chanel.
