GLL i am also waiting for two more charms: the camera and the pink popsicle (i caved in with that one, every time i bid for one of the old ones they go for astronomical prices!!!) and tomorrow is a public holiday!! more waiting!

The waiting is so tough huh Puka? If we pay immediately via paypal or via CC why can't we receive the item immediately? Heeheeheehee. I know that it's impossible but I do wish some sellers would ship according to how fast they receive the payment. I'm not trying to start a seller vs buyer rant, I'm just commenting that some of my bay items really take too long to ship.

i am with you GLL! sometimes it makes me feel like, post wise, we are in the bottom of the world! imagine if we paid at snail mail pace!

tuptake, there are two gumdrops on ebay, one for USD139 and one, apparently new in box, for over USD200!!! why JC doesn't re release it and stop this craziness????

GLL- Aw I bet Bruiser feels better! And lol I love those MCD's hash browns too...everyone in my family likes the shredded potato hash browns but I like the patties better. :p
And I know what you mean, some sellers take forever to ship. I haven't ordered from ebay for a looong time, but when I sell, I try to ship same or next day. Some sellers wait 4 days before shipping! I can see if they give you an expected shipping time frame but to not say anything and just leave you wondering about your shipment is just annoying.

danae- That was from a set of 3 charms..one was a dangly thing, then that one and another one I'm forgetting at the moment.

puka- Wellll...there are still a couple of water spots on my leather that weren't there before, but it's not a huge deal. I'm just glad the bag was already patina-ed, if it had been brand new leather it would be crazy looking by now.

dragonette- Haha, I do the same...I'm never totally happy if it isn't perfect so I'm still always hunting for another to replace it like I did with my damaged beehive.

Something told me to temper my words when I wrote the seller questioning the whereabouts of the Palm Tree charm... I even said in the note that it will likely arrive today just because I've decided to write. Yep. The post man just left and I had to sign for the Palm Tree. Okay, I guess I'm on sellers for the moment. Granted, I've dealt with fabu sellers which is why I can tell when I'm short changed. The box is not tagged, no biggie, the charm is authentic... The bottom, inner portion of the box where the charm rests is unglued/broken.... There was nothing in the package with the charm ie copy of my ebay receipt, thank you note-nothing but the charm box. Alrighty then. The Palm Tree is beautiful. For that, I am happy. I will prepare to take a pic for you all now.

Puka, if the seller lets me know it's going to take 3, 4, 5 days to mail the item, I'm cool. Just communicate with me please. If I pay as soon as the auction ends, shoot me an email when you can, to let me know the expected day it will ship. I don't think that's asking too much.

LV, I can't just eat one hash brown. I always order two. And I put ketchup on mine. :p Also, I really like Bruiser when he's cut short. Of course he looks more Cocker Spaniel-ish with the hair but I can't take it because it gets everywhere. :nuts: He's a ham. He never liked riding in my other cars but this one he loves.

dragonette, one must do that which will make her happy. We're all here because we have a "thing" for these charms. I'm glad you've landed a Cocoa that you'll be happy with. :yahoo: The McDonald hash browns are really tasty much like their french fries. :cloud9:

the pineapple charm that was up on sale at Nordies.com, remember that?
it went on sale for 50% (saw it yesterday).. then today when I've decided to purchase it.. it's gone. :crybaby: I so wanted to get it from Nordies.com to get the 5% cashback.. and it's all goooone. Anyway, I think it's a good thing too.. my wallet is saved! LOL

i do like hash browns but i think i am more a french fries and vinegar person!
