^That's bull.. I DID write them and haven't gotten a response yet. What did you report the items under? I did copied listing and violation of copyright, I think.

Dragonette the Russian Nesting Doll was a re-release when it came out in the pink box. It originally came in the black/blue one. I actually just took pictures to write about it tomorrow, so let me know if you want the original YJRU code for comparison.

Cedes - I chose Reason for Report: "Copying your listing" Detailed Reason: "Someone copied text or pictures from another Web site or eBay user" and in the box I entered your site and that they took your descriptions.

Dragonette- I feel the charms look the best in the blue boxes but I will still take a charm in mint condition and sacrifice the blue box if it saves me a 180.00 like i did with the gum drop.I will pay more for the blue box but not a rediculous price because for me anyway it's all about the charm.

bags4fun, I like the Strongwater boxes more than the JC boxes as does cedes. They are sooooo pretty. I love choice of brown that the boxes are and the hot pink inside is indescribably delicious! The boxes are longer than JC boxes. All in all I'd say they're more substantial. But don't get me wrong, the JC boxes are very cute like engagement ring boxes.

dragonette, I had to have that Bloomies Shopping bag charm! I wasn't interested in any of the other shopping bags but that one struck my fancy. I'd gawked at it for so long that when I decided to get it of course it was gone! When I saw that it had become available again, I jumped on it without hesitation! :yahoo:

dragonette- I've also got the first release nesting doll and it seems that the eyes are stronger and the newer version is a bit larger/taller than the older one. I wore mine one day for comparison when I knew they had them in stores and while at first glance they generally appear the same, there are very slight differences I noted.

Cedes- They still haven't done anything about it??? What is wrong with them?? I'd report it too if I could but I know I'll get the same response as kayyle, I've done it before and they told me the person whose work was stolen has to be the one to contact them. Total bull in my opinion. :tdown:

Hi guys!

Congrats on your palm tree finally arriving GLL! I know how much of a pain in the butt it is to wait on getting charms! Trust me, I am waiting for one right now and the suspense is crazy! I love all the themes!

LV - I meant to say, eww, about the apple juice spillage! Yucky, juice is so sticky, I hate when my daughter drinks it when we're at the track and it's hot and it gets all over her hands, my hands, etc. What a silly waitress!

That seller is crazy Cedes! Although I bid on the sled, for the $9.99 I always bid on items when they are low, it's how I watch them in my eBay. I noticed she changed the wording around, but still, come on. I hate when people steal photos or descriptions. I put something really "official" sounding in all my auctions, I got so tired of people ripping off my descriptions and photos. They honestly should take down the listings and make her relist with her own description.

So, in charm news on my end... I got some great charms Friday and Saturday! I was worried that FedEx wouldn't deliver my charms from NM in time because we were racing yesterday, but lo and behold, literally 5 minutes before we walked out the door they showed up. My only issue... umm it states right in the order confirmation page that there was signature required. The FedEx chick literally beat on my door and then tossed the box in front of it and left. I was standing right in front of it and by the time I swung it open she was gone. Plus, the builiding I live in... well... let's just say they'd take anything. I was stunned. WTH? Soo, if I wasn't home, you'd just leave them out there? Awesome. I'm so glad we are moving in January!!!

And Friday one of my most coveted charms arrived!! And I got it from a lovely PF'er!! I am going to take pics in a minute and upload!

OH! And my husband won the heat & the feature last night at I-96 Speedway! He is still the current points leader for Mini Sprints this season! So proud!

I have to say that I adore this charm! I have been hunting it since late last summer, and was outbid on the only two that I saw pop up at that time. I was so excited to find one from a great PF'er! :D

The best part is that it's a big charm! Weighty and highly detailed! The napkin and pie slice on the inside of the basket are the best parts! Plus the little crystal knobs of the basket, working handle, you name this charm has it all! Plus, it's the prettiest shade of blue-green on the inside and of course the basket is pale pink, my favorite colors! I am so in love right now!!
