I carry Louis Vuitton because I love the canvas and the gold zippers and my pretty patina. All I carry is canvas. How basic am I?!?! :p:biggrin: I don't care if I see 100 other people carrying LV at the mall. I think those are some smart Ladies. To the OP if you love LV, carry LV. If you are looking to carry a status symbol or something unique carry something else. And if you are worried about people thinking you are trash then get out of Tampa. Because most of the country thinks that about Florida. And see how silly that is to judge based on a dress one chooses to wear or a state one chooses to spend time in.

I could make assumptions solely based on OPs profile pic, but I'm not going to because I have no idea who she is as a woman. I think her comments speak volumes on her character and she had to live with herself. I think that is punishment enough.

That said, I'm in Dallas and see NFs everywhere and I too admire people's great taste in bags. If I ever get one, I think I would prefer to personalize one to make it uniquely mine.

This is exactly what's wrong with the world today. People judging others because of skin color, religious beliefs, sexual preferences, economic status, and even something as simple as how they dress. As for ur choice to get rid of ur NF- well if u apply the same logic, you are gonna have to be pretty rich to ensure u own one of a kind items cause if something is popular, everyone and their grandma is gonna buy it. I think your perception of the people who wear LV here is off, you prob thought we would agree with u as u assumed we knew what "trash" was, otherwise u wouldn't have posted this comment. Although we love the brand, in the grand scheme of things it's just a bag... It's not what defines us so it doesn't bother us who wears it.
The world needs less judgment and more tolerance for one another.

@OP...you seem like a kind person who has great taste in bags (I LOVE the Neverfull!), people say dumb sh*t and make mistakes...I understand that, but be humble with what you have. Don't worry about who else is wearing what you have and who isn't. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic human dignity and respect regardless of what they wear and how they carry themselves, so calling someone "trash" and "basic" is very rude imo. People are just people! Let them be, you staying happy will make others happy.

Nothing looks better paired with a Neverfull than a smile. Stay positive and please don't judge.

I think people are going in a bit too deep with this. The OP made a mistake but she certainly didn't kill anybody or cause bodily harm to anyone! I would venture to say that we have all made the mistake of judging or talking about someone in our lifetime for whatever reason, the only difference here is that it was posted for others to ridicule! People making remarks about a profile pic are doing just the same judging you are accusing her of by even bringing that up (moreover I think she's a pretty girl and I like her profile pic). All in all, these are just handbags, no ones saving lives here! Let's all agree that it was wrong to call someone trash but not make a federal case about it and start attacking her for it because we are all guilty of it in some form or another!

Nope, completely disagree. I said I could choose to make snap assumptions based solely on her profile pic, but I don't know what type of person she is. She chose to make rash assumptions based on looks.

I mostly agree. Except that the OP thought it and then made the EFFORT to come here and post it. In a forum full of Louis Vuitton loving folks from all walks of life. I think many felt as if she was addressing it to some of us. cause I will definitely go to Target in leggings and a t-shirt with an Louis Vuitton on my arm. Too bad for her if she doesn't like it.

So in your life you have NEVER thought and said something you shouldn't have about someone? I guess I don't take offense to it because it wasn't about me and I know I am not trash no matter what I wear but hey, I guess I'm just not that hypersensitive

Everyone has made assumptions about people, thought it, said it or whatever...that's just human nature whether some choose to admit it or not! I'm not condoning the behavior but it's really not that serious. I guess I just don't take offense to things that I know aren't about me.
