When you were in Paris, how was the stock for Lindy bags? I'll be there in November and would love to buy one then.From my experience, Paris rarely has stocks on bikin, kelly or even lindy.
I was in Europe in March and i got my 30cm bougainvillea clemence GHW birkin in London and a 26cm Mykonos Blue swift lindy in Amsterdam.
London had quite a lot of lindy. I saw at least 2 lindy, one is black and one is etoupe 30cm lindy at Selfridges.

I'll be going to Amsterdam before Paris admittedly. So do you think if I see a Lindy in Amsterdam, just get it then and there? If I like the colour that is...
I wonder if the price of a Lindy throughout the EU countries is the same...
I believe the price of bags are the same throughout the EU countries which use Euro. London and Geneva are slightly more expensive.
If you find a Lindy in Amsterdam, buy it! But i have to remind you that the Amsterdam store will not deliver the bag and box to your hotel, unlike Paris. That's what i wasn't too happy about. There are 2 stores in Amsterdam, do check both stores!

Initially, I thought it would be 'romantic' to waltz into 24FSH store and see and buy the Lindy of my dreams but given that EU price is the same (with the exception of London and Geneva), then it shouldn't matter which city I buy my Lindy! I mean I will get the VAT back from Heathrow no matter which city I purchase it from.
I didn't realise Paris stores will deliver to hotels! What a wonderful touch!

I used to fill with hopes when i entered 24FSH, but it's more disappointment now these days. Hope you find your lindy!
A little advice for shopping in Paris: ask the stores to send the shopping to your hotel directly! They are more than happy to do that! I never carry my shopping bags in Paris! Hermes, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, LV stores, they all deliver!

That makes so much sense! I mean I wouldn't want to go sight seeing all over Paris with my shopping, it just screams "Please rob me!!".
I just left Paris - inventory is very very low there - only a small delivery of Kelly bags while I was there and no Birkin deliveries - many disappointed people. I hope anybody who visits FSH after me has much better luck, I still left with some special items though

kat99, what colour and size of kellys did you see in FSH?
Nothing was out - a 40 cm box Kelly in a light beige color - a 28 cm dark chocolate brown box was offered....otherwise everything else was spoken for though I did see some happy customers with some 32s later on...
A note that I was there for 4 days at during that time FSH did not receive any shipment of Birkins that would have been available for purchase to a walk in..hope that helps somebody!
