Saturday is a crazy day...
But... sometimes is very lucky day!!! On Saturday I bought my 35 Gold Clemence Birkin!!!

The SA at Strasbourg store told me that FSH will open on a few Sundays during the XMas month. However, she was not sure which week they would be. So, good luck everyone!
Is FSH open on Mondays? I know they are closed Sundays usually and I hear some shops are closed on Mondays too. Just wondering...Thanks!
^^Yep, FSH open on Mondays and close on Sundays. But they have special XMas shopping in December so it opens on a few Sundays in that month.
I was in Paris in September.
Thursday I purchased a Kelly 35 Retoure ALEZAN with GHW.
Friday I went in 10:45 am and again at 3:30 pm no luck.
Saturday was THE Day! I had to get a birkin! I arrived at 10:15 am. Waited outside the door with 5-6 other people. (Actually outside the door qing)
From outside the door I saw the SA infront of the door waiting to welcome guests when the clock striked 10:30.
It was 10: 28am and ours eyes met. I waved , she waved back. Doors opened, I walked straight to her. She knew I wanted a Birkin as I had informed her on Thurs that by Sat I have to have one as Sunday I was leaving. She said "35 togo birkin right?" I was like yes, clemence chevre or anything in 35 will do"
she walked to a comp, typed in BIRK 35, nothing was there, only black croc with diamonds. it was 10: 35 am.
She told me to wait and served DH and I coffee.
She kept checking every 5 mins to see if there was something in the system. (very nice SA)
11:00 am- NOTHING
11:10am -NOTHING YET
She made few calls (I THINK to the ppl downstairs who receive inventory)
11:30- NOTHING
11: 45 am- OUT of the blue, as we almost lost hope, she came up with 2 big boxes. Heart raced, excited, everyones eyes was on my SA, first 2 BOXES that came up (probably the only 2!!)
everyone in the store crowded us like it was a cirque du soleil....
she opened first box, gold clemence PHW...... second box........ORANGE clemence GHW. (SOLD!!!!)
the gold sold within seconds!
SA told me these were prob the only 2 which wud have come today..as sats usually no shipments or very minimal comes..
at the end of the day, its the SA and ur patience to stay put in the store!

what a story! and what great luck! I know exactly what you meant when all EYES are on you when the SA comes out with big boxes! you can feel the sharks circling the minute you make a decision NOT to buy that the bag will be snatched out from your hand!
but glad that your patience paid off! what a lovely SA you have. usually, they are so busy that they wouldn't bother checking every 5 min for stock! congrats!
