Hi that happened to me before. So annoying. I bought a silk scarf + shoes. Customer service told me the scarf didn't qualify as apparel & my gift card wasn't doubled either.

I am a little annoyed at NM. I received the email last week saying I qualified for the $300 GC from the BET2GET offer in November. I had purchased a shawl and a pair of shoes which totaled over $2000. I can't figure out why I didn't qualify for the $600 one. I called CS and she said it was because I returned some of the items from the order. Yes, that is true but I still kept what should have qualified for the $600 GC. I can't find the email with the offer details. Does anyone have it? The only other thing I can think of is that the shawl doesn't qualify as apparel.

It came but only $150. Really need to call cs back. Wish I had the original promo details to review. I would have saved more buying tax free in NJ and would have opted for more useful Saks points instead. So disappointing.
I'm going through the same BS!!! I purchased my Saint Laurent sac du jour and a dress from my SA who processed the whole thing. Now i found out she forgot to use the promo code and the dress I bought didn't qualify!! So the $600 credit I was supposed to receive is now only $300!!! What the heck???? Ughhhh not impressed!
