I can't find the email with the offer details. Does anyone have it? The only other thing I can think of is that the shawl doesn't qualify as apparel.

If it makes you feel any better, I haven't received any confirmation on this one yet...my SA took care of it for me but I'm still always weary of these. I can't find any email communication about this event either....maybe it was just advertised on their site?

I purchased a pair of shoes during the GC event in Jan 2015, but they're either stretched out or 1/2 a size too big. Does anyone know if I can exchange for a smaller size in-store or would I lose out on my GC? Thanks in advance!

It came but only $150. Really need to call cs back. Wish I had the original promo details to review. I would have saved more buying tax free in NJ and would have opted for more useful Saks points instead. So disappointing.

I'm going through the same BS!!! I purchased my Saint Laurent sac du jour and a dress from my SA who processed the whole thing. Now i found out she forgot to use the promo code and the dress I bought didn't qualify!! So the $600 credit I was supposed to receive is now only $300!!! What the heck???? Ughhhh not impressed!

This is so typical.. SA's forget to use the promo code they don't know
what & which etc & cs just is dismissive of the customer..

All around NM needs to up their game & the system..

Everyday SAKS is looking better ...;)
