This has happened to me as well. You have to be really CAREFUL when you shop at Neiman's when they offer the Gift Card promotions especially when they do the "double the card" stuff.
I bought a bag and a scarf on one of the BET2GET promos (I think it was last year) and they had the same promo going about 2 months apart (if not sooner). Anyway, the month that I ordered my stuff I didn't even check to see if the scarf qualified because it qualified the previous time (I knew because I was going to buy it then) so I ordered it. Anyway, when the card came it wasn't doubled and so I emailed and called customer service and I even had it kicked up the chain of command but the only thing they did for me was give me a discount on the scarf. They told me it didn't qualify the month that I bought it but might have qualified the previous times.
So now I'm extremely VIGILANT when buying the NM Gift Card promos --especially with doubling events-- and I print out the item page that shows the item as well as the identifying mark that shows it's part of the "doubling" promo, along with all the other stuff like shopping cart etc., just in case this happens again.

Why don't you call them to ask for one? I'm sorry, I won't be able to give my email address even if I don't use the code. It's the email they have on file for me, so unfortunately I don't feel comfortable. Sorry.
NM customer service just doesnt help. She said if the code wasnt sent to my email address, she cant help me either. If I have the code, whats the point of asking their help? I think nordstrom is wayy better in handling customer. I never had problem with them. Allright.. I will pass then..

Select the item and put it in the shopping cart, click on check out, on the bottom left hand side, you will see a tab that says " Visa Checkout" click on that. It should work now. Happy shopping!
I cant seems to find the tab with "visa checkout". Is it applicable for international order?
I rarely shop at NM so they send me a lot of offers and promos to get me back, and I got a $50 gc which I used on a new pair of sunglasses, but my Mom always makes a valid point - these purchases that you're making just to use the code or get the gc ... is it even worth it? Like, do you want the item or are you just buying it because the marketing is sucking you in?
Currently $100 off $400 purchase! Not as good as the typical 30% but at least you know right away?
