Has anyone gotten their giftcard from the January giftcard event (code:JANGC) which ended on 01/05/2015?

NM is behind on the gift cards. I just got mine from Jan last week..
I contacted InCircle & this is what they told me

does anyone know if balenciaga was apart of the NM Jan gift card event? i made a purchase and i clearly saw the "jan gc" in gold under the balenciaga handbag but now im told that it was an excluded designer.

im 100% sure as well. i called to request for the status of the gc and was told by a rep that they are "sure balenciaga is always excluded from their gift card events". i chatted with someone as well and was told that the designer was excluded. im so disappointed and felt cheated because i purchased that particular bag because of the deal.
Always make a copy of the item page whenever NM is having a Gift Card event.
I've never seen Balenciaga excluded from their Gift Card events, so I don't know what that person you talked to was talking about. Gucci is always excluded, but BAL is always listed as part of the GC deal. I've bought several BAL during GC events!
I've had this same issue with NM before, and from now on I always print the product page with the tag showing that the item is included, and then print out order with the GC code and the GC Info.
Now I can't be absolutely sure that BAL was included for Jan GC, but Alexander Wang was (and AW is always included just like BAL) and I bought the AW Backpack and received my gift card last week.
Unless this last time they suddenly excluded BAL, someone is lying to you.
Unfortunately if you didn't print out proof that the item was indeed included in the GC event, you won't get your gift card.

+1, I always screenshot whatever I'm buying. They were trying to tell me last year that David Yurman wasn't included in their triple points event and I got the points because of the screenshot. Always have proof, it's too bad we have to follow up on this when they should have a system in place that does it automatically.
Hmm, I hope that this doesn't happen with the Balenciaga I ordered during Berdorf Goodman's GC event. I received the Balenciaga, but haven't got my gift card yet.
Anyone know if you can spend $2000 and pay with the Giftcard from a previous Giftcard event and still get the $600 gift card? ☺️
