Is there any sort of in store Black Friday promotion? I vaguely remember something last year about spending $100 and getting a gc for $25 (with exclusions)?

they usually have stellar CS service - if they saw the order had been cancelled by accident, they could easily put in new order + have it all sorted

I have contacted them. They actually didn't inform me of the cancelation. I found out after I contacted them because I noticed I didn't get a shipping email after 10 days. And the customer service told me it was canceled because too much beauty product ordered. She also said that I can place an new order now. But there's no gift card promotion right now. So basically they don't want to honor the gift card for the beauty products I ordered.

Kinda true on some most wanted brands. Some will go on sale beginning of Dec... Best to verify with your SA.

Saks and NM have all stared pre sales as well as Nordy

NM sales will go Dec 3 but some NMs have designer shoes pre sale last weekend as well as Saks and Nordy!!

Hi NM shoppers,

I am a little annoyed at NM. I received the email last week saying I qualified for the $300 GC from the BET2GET offer in November. I had purchased a shawl and a pair of shoes which totaled over $2000. I can't figure out why I didn't qualify for the $600 one. I called CS and she said it was because I returned some of the items from the order. Yes, that is true but I still kept what should have qualified for the $600 GC. I can't find the email with the offer details. Does anyone have it? The only other thing I can think of is that the shawl doesn't qualify as apparel.

call back, ask for manager, you won't get your gift card for 8 weeks from the date and none of us would know if the shawl qualified even if we had the email, only NM would at this point....

once my GC never arrived (when I do them I try to mark calendar so I remember to look for it 2 months later, mine always are sent exactly 8 weeks to the date of purchase) I called and in 2 mins they could see my order, checked and they did it themselves and had the GC via email the next day

Hi that happened to me before. So annoying. I bought a silk scarf + shoes. Customer service told me the scarf didn't qualify as apparel & my gift card wasn't doubled either.
