I just order a little over $2000 beauty products and a pants and shoes. 10 days later, I didn't get any shipping email, so I live chat with NM. To my surprise they canceled my order due to excessive beauty product purchased, all my items ordered are single quantity, except for one serum has 2 quantity. To be honest, I think NM just don't want to honor the gift card because most of my $2000 are beauty products. But I bought all the higher end beauty products, my serum and cream are $600 and $375 each. It's not like I ordered a bunch of $30 beauty products. They should have just put beauty are excluded. Anyways, just letting everyone know about NM's business practices. I pick and choose which order they want to honor the gift card to.
