Nail Polish: Favorite/best Brands?

I just purchased a new CK polish called Summer Love. Its very pretty =)

My favorite color ever was one I got at a local drugstore (now out of business). It was Sinful Colors in Greenwich Girl, a non-glittery metallic silver with a pinky lavender tint. I've never been able to find anything else quite like it....

i seem to like either sheer almost-not-there colors or super dark, almost black colors. with the occasional red thrown in.

When I do my nails- which is hardly never- I like sheer pinks, like very pale white-ish pinks. I just hate to do my nails b/c they always get chipped in a matter of days and it is so much hassle!

My favorite polish is "No More Drama" from Deborah Lippman (in collaboration with Mary J. Blige)... it's a beautiful sandy beige with just a hint of shimmer...

Most recently, I bought a pale, French Mani colored polish from that new "Nic's Sticks" by Nicole/OPI. I love the color and it was really easy to apply!

Other faves... Essie, Orly, Shu Uemura, and of course OPI OPI OPI!

A majority of my nailpolish are from Essie and I have a bottle of Sally Hansen Salon which I really like because the color stays on for people like me who like to apply 3 coats!

Essie for soft pinks and neutrals. (Very nice texture and color range)
Chanel for dark reds blues and blacks. (Nothing has lasted longer without chipping)
Opi for off the wall colors (Gorgeous colors for experimentation)
