MZ Wallace Bags (Opinions on MZ Wallace Bags, Part 2)

I bought the sling from day 1. I have not decided if I am keeping it or not. I am going to wait and see. The other options I haven’t been crazy about. I am curious to see what the next 7 days hold.
The sling looked lovely. I did not realize it was smaller than normal. The big ones hurt my neck, but lululemon one I can wear. It might have worked, but then it sold out.

Day 8 and it is cute but not what I am looking for. I have a feeling that if they do a leather Sutton on small metro it will sell out in minutes.

I think black leather small sutton will be gone in a flash haha.

The more I look at Crosby Trois the more I like it .... And I just check it's low stock! So I click 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm a bit cross-eyed right now after looking around for some honest feedback on the MZ Wallace Parker (color is Magnet). As my screen name implies, I'm a Prada girl but I'm also always on the lookout for less expensive brands. I haven't had an MZ Wallace lately. Had one easily 13+ years ago, but as we all know the quality of most brand name bags has gone downhill. The bag just arrived and it's perfect for what I need, but the lining seems so flimsy and fragile! Feels like the tissue in a gift box to me. Granted I'm used to the lining of the older Prada nylon bags that wore like iron, so that's my gauge. Any opinions or experiences with issues specifically the lining, that you could share would be really appreciated. Right now, I'm not sure I want to keep it. It may not have a Prada price tag, but it's not inexpensive either. Thanks!
I’m a little late but will share my experience. MZW is pretty much all I carry. Overall agree with what others here said. I’m pretty casual with my bags, I’m not extra careful, but I must not be too hard on them because they never get like some of the bags people try to sell (what are they doing to their bags).

On one bag the lining got a little snagged, but I honestly am not sure how. Maybe Velcro. I don’t just place sharp things in it, but do keep those pop out pill sheets (like allergy meds) w/ hard plastic and some foil in an inner or back pocket and those corners can get pointy. That hasn’t caused any issues. Getting caught in the zippers happens in the metro totes but it doesn’t tear or snag from their zippers. In the bag I snagged, I also left a name tag sticker stuck to it for months and now cannot get the adhesive completely off, some washing helped, lesson learned.

Hope you’re enjoying your Parker.

My heart skipped a tiny beat seeing Day 8 iridescent leather micro it’s a lot of boxes I wasn’t trying to check. I love MZW’s leather and it wears well as long as it’s not in a high friction situation (corners take a beating). But I’m just not able right now to deal with light color bags. And leather is heavier?

The leather box tote stresses me out. But I guess careful use and a good black polish for the corners.

Oh, a story about shopping one's own closet. Once in a blue moon I go through shelved bags to clean, reshape, and apparently check inventory because I found a navy mini metro tote purchased who knows when, still in its plastic, stashed inside of and holding up the sides of a bedford bag lol. Out of sight out of mind. I use a navy medium sutton (non-deluxe older fabric) and navy convertible backpack (recycled and shinier fabric) for utility and enjoy the heck out of navy, but haven't been inspired to use navy micro sutton or apparently metro tote because it can feel boring compared to all the other options. But I convinced myself to put it in rotation and it's great. Currently have an empty shiny red leather link pouch attached, need to cheer the look up a bit for the season.
