There was a little sarcasm in my post!

I agree, and we’ve said before about the description vs reality, which is a huge shame as it’s such a good way to recycle and get the vintage bags back out there. Given your posts and a few others it’s doubtful I shall be purchasing from the exchange.

Why are you no longer able to use the vouchers in outlets? Seems abit silly give you’re putting the money back into Mulberry despite where it’s used!

Well as I said the Bella was an error on my part as meant to buy the Maple, but the back was so crumpled it looked more like plonge leather. £400. I think most items Ive looked at say fair. The Ledbury again, fair. £375. The problem is they state ‘fair, scratches, discolouration BUT the photos do not always show the flaws. For instance there are a couple of light bags and in the description it states discolouration but you can’t see it. Words cover them but the pictures rarely show the true condition. So in person is best but I’m waiting for the next sale in Jan as cannot use the voucher at the outlets. The pre loved are generally, and in my opinion, over priced. Good luck at Regent St.
Some of the bags listed as good also seem to have flaws. I think if I buy preloved from them I will definitely have to see before I buy.
If they claim to rejuvenate the bags one wonders what condition the bags were in , when they were exchanged.
Have you ever bought preloved from anywhere else?

Hi, blimey never take advice from me  You go with and do what you are happy and content with my lovely xx that’s what it’s all about. :loveeyes:Enjoy xxx
Your advice was good as I had an opportunity to see the bag in the pop up before I bought it. Wouldn't have otherwise. They told me several stores now have some preloved bags.

Well it looks like third time lucky. I bought a black Mini Seaton and my husband thought it was brand new! I’m not great with pricing so I wouldn’t mind anyone’s thoughts. I thought it was reasonable, £425. I must say I did say to my husband that there were good ‘finds’ to be had, but they were in the minority.

I love the Mini Seaton. Such a gorgeous wearable style! Personally I think £425 is a good price. I’m surprised it wasn’t more directly from Mulberry, esp when you consider the prices of some vintage styles  I’m pleased it finally worked out for you!!

Phew thank you. I was happy with the price and the description suggested it should be in good condition. But I’m no expert so thanks for the reassurance. Have a great week x
