I have okay I’m not impressed with Mulberry service on the Exchange. I submitted a buyback request and got an automated response that they’d get in touch in 4-5 days. It’s now almost 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing.
Makes me think maybe I don’t want Mulberry credit, in case this is a sign of trouble!

Yes as I’m in Edinburgh. I was interested in trading more than 1 bag so was trying to avoid having to cart them all into town. 😭
