Hi, just an update. My sister has just used the exchange service, happy with the price etc…

She sent me this from the Mulberry email regarding how you can use the voucher. I’m very confused but what I think you can do is use the vouchers at outlets in person. It’s all been a bit vague if I’m honest but I’m trying to ensure anything I post is a direct quote from Mulberry and not my interpretation. It hasn’t helped that info from an Outlet and their Customer Services has contradicted itself at times. Anyway, this is what they said Oct 2023 after my sister asked for clarification re usage at an Outlet.

‘Our vouchers can be used via our website or in any of our standalone stores, including our outlet stores. The only instance that this would not be valid would be via a mail order from one of our stores’.

I can confirm that you can use vouchers at Bicester village. Just got two bags.

a lot of new bags uploaded and the prices seem to be getting closer to sensible, eg Mitzys at £300-400, Euston £250, Tillie £350; reasonable prices for bags of that age. still some outliers, but overall better.

Just had a look, some nice bags. I love the Congo leather ones.Outliers are more expensive than buying new at outlet.
