Does anyone know how much $$ you need to spend on building your profile before you are qualified to get offered a quota bag? And I assume SLGs and non-quota bags do not count towards a B or a K?
I started my Hermes journey earlier this year and I told my SA from day 1 that I want a B and a K. He said it will take time and a solid profile building before I can even request it...I've spent about 5k now on cushion shoes, belts, scarves and ties for my husband over the last 3 visits. I don't know if its 1:1 ratio for a quota bag in MTL too?
Thanks!!

With the exchange rate, is it cheaper to buy Hermes goods in Canada/Montreal than in the US? Does anyone have a good SA they would recommend or know what the inventory is like in Montreal?
I live in Canada but Mtl is not my home store BUT....you are correct that the usd/cad exchange rate is favourable, but then you need to keep in mind that sales tax in Quebec is an additional 14.975% (hence eroding some of the FX benefit) and Canada has no program equivalent to Europe which would allow you to recover this "VAT".

I was in the MTL store today and found out from the SA that quota bags are reserved for Canadian residents only. That’s too bad since I’d loved my SA but wouldn’t be able to ever score one in Canada unless I got a resident to buy one for me.

How is the store inventory like lately? What if it’s your first time at the Montreal store - do they have profile of your worldwide spend? Quotq and non-quota bag scores likely here at all?
My friend had asked her SA if he could see her worldwide purchases and he said no. :confused1: I find it strange that they cant. I follow a few people on instagram from mtl and one got a constance 18 in dec. another person got a kelly 25 in march and another a kelly 28 in jan or feb. All these people spent quite a bit first. They bought lots of homeware, shoes etc..

Hello beautiful ladies,
I am planning to make a trip to Montreal this weekend and visiting Hermes for the first time there. Does anyone know if an appointment is needed to go? I remember during COVID they were appointment only but not sure if that’s changed. Your insight is appreciated!

You do not need one however weekends can have very long wait times. I would suggest booking an appointment!

Last time I spoke to my SA she said they wouldn't take appointments and it would be walk ins only. Not sure if it changed since then (about 2 months ago)!
