Yup, no exotics! Did they have some pink other than mauve pale? Looking for mauve sylvestre pieces. 😅
Not specifically for the mini Bearn wallet I was looking at (I think only etoupe and noir as of this weekend); but in terms of display - there were some other colors for the long gusset and compact styles, and probably some were cardholders. Didn't end up asking about color inventory for those unfortunately.
I've also been looking for mauve stuff too! I don't want a bag but prefer it in smaller doses, so jumped at this option. Good luck!

Plan to be there this year and with the dollar being strong. So does that mean everything is really 30% off in Canada? Does the Montreal store have large selections of bags or is it typical tourist bare minimum?

It’s a small store and inventory isn’t that extensive. There’s no exotics or furs due to the policy of the department store they operate in. Any potential savings are eaten by the 15% sales tax in Montreal (plus any additional duties when returning to the USA).

I guess no shopping for us!
I still believe you will find some things cheaper in Canada even with the steep sales tax. On the average Us Sales tax is around 5-6% for a lot of states. The Canada pricing at an exchange rate of $1.40 per dollar will give you a 'discount' on many items (not all).
I'll use a twilly as an example- Current US price is $240 (with tax of 5%- $252 USD. Convert to CAD at 1.4 that's 352.80 , Current Canadian Price is $280 with tax of 15% is $322.00. You get the idea, the greater the price, the greater the savings. I have reviewed some items like NQBs, Shoes, perfumes and I would definitely get them in Canada. Besides, shopping is fun even if you don't get anything!

You gave me heart attack for a second with your 1.4 … I know our dollar lost a lot of value but geez. Back up to 1.3!!!
