Hi, Thanks so much for your response! But The issues I faced was not about straps ( stitch or without stitched ) I think strap is able to replaced easily, but my case was little worse than that that monogram print n Neo Noe at the boutique had different color and texture of the monogram prints on the front and back, and that was oviously different color and texture on Neo Noe Monogram prints. I don't know it was just unfortunate and only case, but my SA even have seen it a couple of times and comforted and agreed it was strange. I saw this twice at the boutique with my SA and both bags were made in USA.... I am still waiting for the normal one will arrive but it was shocking for me as twice....

I tried this bag on today.... I must tell u all now I see what the hype is all about. I think it's a great bag- not that u all need me to tell u this lol! It's so light weight and just the perfect size! It's not overwhelming nor does it jut out from the body. It's such a nice bag! The SA I dealt with says no guarantees of stitching on strap and it just depends on where it's made and she can't request it, which made we walk away from it as I personally like the look of the stitching.... but it's an overall gorgeous bag- all who bought it, congrats and enjoy it in good health!

I love my bag. The strap has no stitching. I like it that way. But I'm having an issue with the knots at the end of the strap that closes the bag. They won't stay knotted. Every few days I have to knot and I'm getting annoyed. My husband wanted to use a new plier to make it a tighter knot but I won't let him. Anyone find this a problem?

Thank you! Yes it's very comfortable and light and it fits a ton! I'm so happy I was able to get this bag. I called my SA last week to see if they have stock and she said there was only 6 left in the states. Very glad she was able to get me one!

Hello everyone!!! I'm a newbie on this forum :)

So I had my SA add me to the waitlist for the pink Neo Noe and received it 2 days later via mail (super fast!!!). I just started using the bag today - I barely had anything in the bag (keys, wallet, phone and some receipts...practically empty), but then I noticed the bag sagging in one area on the backside. Attached are some pics. It's driving me nuts looking at it lol.

Do ya'll think this is a defect? Anyone experienced this? Debating if I should exchange or return if this is a normal issue.

Just want a second opinion before I contact my SA. Advise please! :)

I stuff mine with no sag issues either. Take it back. That shouldn't happen.
