I've dealt with Kacy from LV Hotel Vancouver and Shannon from LV Holt Renfrew Calgary. Both are really great to deal with :)

I posted this in the Neo Noe handle stitching post:

I went on the wait list for Neo Noe Pink Poudre at Ala Moana Boutique on April 26th. On May 1st, they called to say it was in. I picked it up today looking for areas of concern as expressed in the forum. All was well, and it came with a stitched handle. The date code is SD1157, or made between April 10 - 16, 2017.

Oh, and they had none on display because all of the bags that arrived were reserved. Hope this information helps.

Im from montreal and they have a whole bunch here! I just came back from the store today so get your SA to call our store here if you want one before its gone again. :)

Just got mine! So happy. I called up and was told that I would need to go on a waiting list and it would arrive in about 4 weeks. As I wanted to go to the store anyway, I went to the New Bond Street store. They had none, but Selfridges had 6 so I practically ran there.....here is my beauty- with stitched handles but I'd have got it anyway as it's so nice :)

the neo noe is really beautiful in person. my SA showed me the red and black when i went in for a bag which i ordered previously. maybe there are more stocks in asia? *thinking*
