Do ya'll think this is a defect? Anyone experienced this? Debating if I should exchange or return if this is a normal issue.

Mine does exactly that if I have just a few things inside it. When I pack it at least halfway it doesn't sag. I only wear this bag when I have a lot to carry because of that.

Forgot to mention, the speedy 25 base shaper slips in nicely to prevent any sagging

I asked my SA for the red one and she told me they didn't have it. The very next day I get a picture of a red one by text and she tells me that the last one they had in the store was on hold but the client didn't purchase it, so now it's mine!

Can't wait to get her next week. Are there different ways of tying the drawstring to make it more secure?

I've been wanting this bag and finally but the bullet and decided to go get one even without being able to try it on (unfortunately we don't have an LV store close by - nearest one is 14 hrs away in Calgary) . I called customer service and was told that there are currently NO available Neonoebags across North America - there are a few in Boston but there is a huge wait list. So long story short - I was told that there is no way for me to "order it" - even if I am willing to wait... which is of course very sad! :(

I am wondering if this information is accurate, can any of you who have closer ties with an LV SA weigh in on this based on your experience? (My SA from LV Vancouver just recently left the company - so I am practically starting from scratch again). Thanks!

My SA in Las Vegas had a black one the other day. Yesterday I think you could still buy a black one online. US store.
