Milan store sucks

Yep- I think it's pretty standard policy at European boutiques (particularly Italy) that you have to ask for them to bring something out. IMO the system is odd though- isn't the whole idea of display pieces used so prospective customers only maul one bag and the rest remain fresh?

Hee hee.. maul indeed, I'm so guilty of this.

I'm sorry for your bad experience. Here in Italy if you want to see closely a bag or something else, you have to ask the SA..not only at LV but nearly in all designer boutiques..

I understand you completely JPLovesPurses. I had a bad experience at Vienna's LV store too. I walked into the store and went directly to a counter. There was one sale assistant and customersOne women is trying her bag so I saw that SA didn't talk to anyone at that time so I asked her to if I could see a bag. She said rudely "I'm taking care of this customer" and then looked away from me. No smile, nothing. I really don't undestand it at all. I hope this is not their policy either.
