Question people:
Who will be watching the Oscars on Sunday and which of the nominated films are you supporting (for a lack of a better choice)?
“War Horse”
“The Artist”
“Midnight in Paris”
“Moneyball”
“The Descendants”
“The Tree of Life”
“The Help”
“Hugo”
“Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close”
I've read an article about how The Artist went from the underdog to the Rottweiler of the award season. I think that the aggressive award campaign has diminished some of the charm of this cute little film, but I'm still gonna go with The Artist or Midnight in Paris. I haven't seen Hugo yet and I wasn't impressed with the other films on the list. I won't be watching it though. I'm boycotting that ishhh!
The choices for Best Picture 2011 are so ... uninspiring, for lack of a better word. Some were lovely, but most on the list don't have that Oscar-worthiness of yesteryear. I'm kind of already rooting for Oscar 2013 (the showdown between Day-Lewis, John Hawkes and Philip Seymour Hoffman!)

Hehe, the folks at Top Gear should be lucky that the Fass didn't crash the Cee'd. Our Irish lad seems prone to crash the cars he drives!
