Unless you want to have a mind numbingly absurd analyzation on the dark preferences of Micahel's taste in women, or who he would most likely have a relationship with on a movie set:laugh: I haven't been on there for awhile, but last time I was on, it was relatively normal. Now it's just a free for all. Some of the post freak me out a tiny but :weird:

:laugh: OMG tell me about it! What is up with the darker women thread(s)? The only redeeming feature to that thread is the german quote and it's translation which was amusing in it's absurdity. A personal fav of mine is the puppy thread, I don't know what amuses me more the fact that it exists or the fact that all the options are so unimaginative.

I can't believe I've wasted the odd 10 minutes skimming through inane arguments that are 7+ pages deep. Occasionally it inspires me to get an IMDB account but then I think better of it.

Sadly there is a troll on IMDB , a woman who got dumped for a black girl and she starts all those stupid topics on different boards.

But all those who answers are just as silly.
Do they think Fassy will PM those who are his type if they argue enough?

Seriously! It's bad enough that some troll started it, but to invest so much time and energy going all DaVinci code on a brief quote..... Can you imagine if Michael is seen with a skinny, pale, blonde? That board would lose their s***.

I guess it could always be worse... Case in point: Michelle Williams IMDB board - Most of the posts are a variation of why everyone hates her, her haters hate her and the fans love her but not even her ardent fans have anything remotely interesting to discuss (esp regarding her work)... not even puppy recommendations.

Wasn't it one woman who stated it on the internet?
Of course Fassy clearly has a type , but it doesn't mean he says that...

Lot of celebs are very diplomatic to keep all fans happy, even if they clearly have a type.

I'm still fixated on that Scorsese item.

Projects percolating, based on this article:

Silence--Day-Lewis, Del Toro, Bernal attached, seems unlikely, especially as it's slated to shoot this summer)
The Irishman --seems like it will be filled with older American actors-again, unlikely
The Snowman --no news of any cast attached, I don't know much about the project
Sinatra --Dicaprio to star, although MF would be a MUCH better choice, imo. Seems like this is further down the road & the script is going to be completely reworked. MF would probably play a supporting part; Scorsese won't recast Dicaprio
Furious Love --love story between Liz Taylor & Richard Burton--I think this might be more likely than any other because of the British element, the sex element, and the "classic European looks" element; but Scorsese isn't "officially attached & there hasn't been word on this for months
The Gambler--about an English prof, again, for Dicaprio in a lead role, there hasn't been word on this for a really long time
The Wolf of Wall Street--again, supposed to be a Dicaprio film, but there's been no news on this for over a year


I guess my main thought is that these are the most likely reasons for Scorsese to ask for a meeting:
1) He wants to cast him in a supporting role for a film that's well on its way to production
2) He's interested in casting him in a lead role for something that's in the very, very early stages of pre-production

Any thoughts?

NO!! We don't know that, because it's not in print or caught on audio or film.
It was just one person claiming to hear him say that during the GQ party, and the rest is history.

when it comes to scoring a shag, I think his type is anything with a lady garden, tbh. :graucho:

Are you kidding? I love that place. I haven't been there for a while, but I guess the black girl/white girl thread is back.

I think most of the posters there are funny. Of course you have the occasional troll stirring up ishhh, but that keeps it interesting.

If we're slamming other forums then I would suggest ONTD. I avoid that place like the plague. Some people are intend to bring up ROC all the time. It's getting ridiculous now.
