I don't think a PT can be worn crossbody. In ME only the velo and mini city can be worn crossbody.

The pt has a longer shoulderstrap but I can't wear mine at all crossbody.

And the Town. And maybe the envelope clutch, but I don't know that bag.

Oh really? That's disappointing. I've been so looking forward to get another bal bag that is not City or Velo because I have both already. I want bags only, not clutch.

I am 165cm. No way to do crossbody with PT eh?

I have a classic part time and I can wear it cross body but it seats very high, above my hips. Not your usual cross body look. I'm quite petite at 158cm.
If you go to the Part Time clubhouse thread you'll find lots of modeling pictures that might give you a better idea.

What about the town? I tried on a black town with the rich gold ME and it was RIDICULOUS. Also recently saw one in dark navy blue with the gold on ebay and I almost had a heart attack it was even better than the black. I much prefer it to the velo as I am a shorty (5'4") and I find the Velo to be long, boxy all out of proportion to my frame. But the town is absolutely perfect, as long as you don't need to carry tons of stuff. And let me say again... that thing was SOOOO pretty.

Look nice though a bit small to my liking. I agree with shape of Velo! Only bought mine because I wanted crossbody strap. I have not use my Velo for years. Perhaps I should consider selling her [emoji22].

Hi. I have another question for metal edge b bags. Anyone here know when Val first introduced or released this version? I would like to find preloved metal edge from earlier years when it was just launched. Thank you so much in advance. [emoji8]

I do believe that it was in 2014 that we saw the introduction of the ME line.

Oh that's very recent. After reading on so much comparison of Bal leathers throughout the year....I thought I should get older metal edge. Since it was so recent, I guess can't see much difference in terms of quality.

The leather is relevant here: there is Hamilton chèvre and the slightly different chèvre on the ME bags. Hamilton bags were a few years before the ME bags, and some people describe differences--not In durability but look and finish (more matte vs. slight sheen). The chèvre is thick and hard wearing, either type.
