Equateur is on my wishlist! Did you see any of the other colorways? I'm wondering how well the animals show up in the various colorways. They seemed to show up well on the turquoise and also orange.

No, I am afraid not. All my season's purchases so far have been made online as my store tends to be late in getting new season stock.

Just wanted to share that there'll be a new version of Maxi Twilly, called Maxi Twilly Slim (180cm x 10cm) come FW19. The existing Maxi Twilly Cut won't be making a return.

I’m terrible with fancy knots on 90s so my default is grabbing an MT and looping it once. I’m not sure how I feel about the slimmer cut. Very likely I’ll try one (or two). Thank you for the update !

Ah well...it's not really surprise....that's too bad....it's not that I am not interested in MT, because I do like them. It's that they were just re-releasing already overdone traditional issues....that's not exactly gonna drive sales.......Had they issued something like Sweet Dreams as a MT, I suspect there would have been a mad rush and sell out....

You're right on the traditional designs for this format and I agree with you. How about Tree of Song for Maxi Twilly aside from just regular twilly? Anyway, just figured I'd share so anyone who likes this format get to hunt down their favorites while it's still in stores.

FGS! I was just getting into them.

H doesn't understand that sometimes one has to get used to a format and practice tying and wearing before really investing

I just bought my first maxi twilly cut - Equateur in the dark blue CW -and found a Brazil menthe CW maxi twilly cut (wish it was the original 220, but I really loved the design and color). It's a shame that this style is being changed because it seems to have plenty of flexibility. I guess I'll be rummaging for resale in the coming years
