Both spectacular! But completely different, actually... The colors are similar, but the shades and tones are different. For one, the greens are not alike at all, as are not the oranges and blues. Also, the designs couldn’t be more different. Most importantly, the corners are nothing alike so they will tie very differently. Are you considering the Esprit de la Foret in this CW? I say, go for it! I have 2 favs CWs in this design and this is one of them. Gorgeous!

I just picked up CW1 of animapolis. It really shows the details of the illustration beautifully. My store’s still missing CW5 which I’m also interested in.

I am sure you will wear it lots when you get it - the H blues are amazing and there are many of us here who are big fans of blue. I only bought my first scarf in 2016 and, well, as is often quoted on here, it was a very slippery slope indeed! The start of a new season is so exciting. I told myself when I bought my first that it was a special treat that I wouldn't repeat. Ehm............ that didn't work out well! Welcome to the club!!! [emoji847]

Your De la mer is mindbogglingly beautiful. If I had ever seen that one, I would have had to have it, too! As the scale of each design is completely different, they would probably be different enough to make you happy. I came very close to purchasing the one that Livinglavida is considering, CW 02. I find that color combination mesmerizing, and I don't even know why. Alas, that one (CW 02) has already disappeared from the US website. Perhaps I like it due to the color realism in the wings.

Here’s my feeble attempts at basic scarf tying (wanted to try the more sophisticated knots but got side lined when the kitties decided to be nosy - worried about the younger one’s claws!) It was rainy and grey all day so there wasn’t much light

I am also considering CW2 which is completely different, but so understated and elegant. CW 3 is stunning, though! I didn’t order any online because I wish to see them IRL and have yet to contact my SA, plus I’ve been too busy to visit the H boutique, which is quite a drive away. I think that ordering both from the H website is a great idea because we can always return one! I’ve done that in the past.... HmmmmmView attachment 4280789

Oh, my... this one made my eyes pop out! Had it been posted before? If you get it, I do hope you'll post some of your glorious modeling photos. I might be very tempted by these neutrals!

I bought this exact scarf in this colorway today at the Palm Beach boutique (also got the one with the great fuchsia #11). Love both!!

The SAs and I were on the "puppy hunt" and with just a quick look I think you may have found all the ones we did. Great fun, don't you think?

Must say the various ways you tied your periwinkle one is fabulous and you are my "gold standard"! Yes, indeed, I will practice, practice, practice until I achieve even a smidgen of your "art of the scarf tie" so to speak. Truly love that photo with the artist's dog in the tied corner.

Decided patience is not a virtue so picked up CW 5 of Animapolis at my store. Plus my lovely SA also had this H scarf pop up book which features past and present scarves. Loved pop up books as a kid so neat to find something that honours my scarf obsession [emoji38]

This is a glorious CW! Much prettier than on paper. I love it’s subtle beauty and that gorgeous sky blue hem! Great modeling pics! Thank you!
