Hi wherrburger - Will you be able to post some pics of your marino orlandi bags. I have three total of MOs and all purchased at TJMaxx. I'll post some pics later. I just have to get them out, pose them, etc., etc. But I promised in an earlier post that I would. Boy, time flew by fast when I last posted here.

Here's one of my Marino Orlandi bags. It's a black leather quilted design shaped like a bucket with a drawstring. I purchased this bag way before Harper's Bazaar even mentioned that the bucket bag was the 'It' bag for the Fall season last year. I believe MO co. is on top of trends but knows how to stay true to classic looks that lasts through generations. I love the attention to details that the MO co. puts into each of the bags. The hardware is of good quality. I love the richness of the gold tones and the texture of the leather. Enjoy the pics!

Here's another one of my MO bags. It's red leather almost shaped like a bucket with drawstrings. I like the fact that MO bags have feet. One of my pet peeves with purses is they have to have feet. You never know what kind of situation you're going to be in when you have to set your purse down. Enjoy!

I love Marino Orlandi!!! I have 14 purses, 3 pieces of luggage, and 2 briefcases. I have been collecting for 12 years now and each purse is still very wearable. I definitely select my outfits to match my purses! Most of my purchases have been at TJ Maxx stores. I have obtained a few from ebay.

The company is a small, locally owned and operated factory. The workmanship and durability are unequaled to the likes of Dooney and Bourke, Prada, Chanel, and all of the other top designers in my opinion.

Enjoy yours - you can't go wrong!

I am currently pondering the purchase of a turquoise blue purse with matching wallet on ebay...sounds like a great mother's day present to me! Ha!

I saw one and it looked stunning! Good to hear such a glowing review of these bags. :-)

Hi bagolicious - I hope you consider getting a MO bag. You won't go wrong when you find that bag just right for you. I've only seen them at TJMaxx as well and no where else. What attracted me to Marino Orlandi bags is the texture of the leather. They don't use pebble leather which is softer and more filmsy. The MO bags are structured and don't flop when you have to set your bag down. I like bags that keep their shape all the time, particularly, my black quilted bucket bag.

Hi all, I found this bag at a small shop and loved how it smelled and felt. heavy thick leather, intoxicating leather smell, I honestly had never heard of this designer. You cant tell from the photos but the interior is leather as well. do you know anything about this bag...? name, authenticity? thanks for all that see this.. I cant find a more recent place to post this...

I found a MO bag in TJ Maxx yesterday. Had never heard of them, but fell in love with the pink leather. Decided to buy it and do some research when I got home. I think I'll keep it.

Hi Gonzozap -

I have been collecting Marino Orlandi handbags, luggage, and accessories for the past 14 years. They are the highest quality, durable, and mos recently fashionable handbags I have ever come across. The hardware is 18K gold plate and for most of my bags, have lasted more than 10 years. The leather is thick and beautifully tanned and embossed. My husband and I are going to Italy in the spring and going to the factory - I'm so excited! You can find then on Facebook for more information and on their website.

You will not be disappointed in your decision to keep your purchase. Wear it well!

Wendy;)

Never ever buy a marino orlandi bag . In america there are so many fakes that you can never trust that it is a real bag . We ordered a purse direct from marino orlandi in the usa and they sent the wrong purse and refuse to send a new one . They are a fraudulent company and if you live in the usa they will rip you off . Never ever trust marino orlandi and never buy a bag if you live in the usa .

I see Marino Orlandi bags a lot here in Russia. We are one of the key markets for Italy, so there is plenty of designer bags made by family owned Italian companies. I am always very particular about Italian-made authentic and original design bags and M.Orlandi really stands out. I've never bought one for myself, because I don't think the style corresponds to mine, but my Mom is in love with these bags. One thing that stroke me when I touched the bags in the shop is their hard shape and structure. Leather and metal parts are very high quality.

Hello everyone - I am new to this forum and I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. I am a frequent thrift shopper and came across a beautiful Marino Orlandi. As soon as I familiarize myself with posting the photo, I will do so. I'll be back. :graucho:
