I've never had anything fall out, either!
Same thing happened with my strap, I sent it to MJ service and they must have melted and scraped away all the plastic sealing on the side of the strap (as it had cracked) and when I got it back it was thin and it's now peeled off and the leather underneath is exposed. Also, they didn't fix the split in the seam! I emailed them again and they will not send me a new strap. I'm kind of miffed about it and haven't used my Sasha because of the strap.

I think the Natasha has an 18" or 19" drop so it's not quite long enough for me to wear cross body (I'm 5'7"). Sadly, I will be returning my Natasha.

I think the bag looks great on you, but I understand if your not comfortable. I am 5'4" and it hits just right. :tup:

Weird - bags should be made for all height ranges (I understand if your 5'11" and up, or 5' and under that many bags may not fit you crossbody - but should meet the expections of gals 5'1" to 5'10".).

Sorry it didn't work out.......:sad:

I've been stalking the Petal to the Metal Natasha for a while now and I'm pretty sure I need it...I've seen people posting about the original bag with the paisley lining and the new one with the black & white lining (which I HATE), and the differences between them, but does anyone know anything about the one with the lining that's the same color as the bag? Any info will help, thanks!

I actually bought this bag in black from Shopbop around October 2011, lining color matches the outside. Very low key and not flashy like the black & white lining. Lining material also has a more glossy feel to it, I believe it was for the bags released in fall 2011? I see that they've now returned to the black and white lining, hmm..

From what I know, the newer versions of the PTTM bags are made from cow leather rather than lamb. Leather quality is a hit or miss, mine is pretty rough in some places. But I have seem some at Nordstroms that are buttery soft to the touch. I've been thinking of selling it and buying an older version of the same bag that's lamb leather instead... :-s

I've compared both in real life and for me, and you can't go wrong with lamb :smile1: But on the upside of having cowhide, I've read it's more durable. I really wish my Natasha and wallet had the low key lining though.

Ohh there's a newsprint PTTM Sasha on ebay right now, I'm very tempted to click the Buy It Now button.

How much larger is the Sasha compared to the Natasha? From what I've seen so far in photos on the forums, it seems significantly larger and has a very oversized look. Is the strap drop a lot longer than the Natasha? I'm 5'5" I usually wear my Natasha with the buckles at the shortest length.

This is such a dilemma for me... I'm watching a few older version Natashas also. Really don't know which one to focus on, all I know is I'd love to finally get my hands on a lambskin version :wondering

It looks like shopbop and zappos are the only places to find the Natashas with the lining the same color as the bag. Is there a good place to find the older lamb versions or the original sashas? I've seen one or two on ebay but #1 you can't return with those particular sellers and #2 the bags are almost the same price as they were originally! I know they're not available anymore, but does anyone think it's normal to pay almost the same price for a used bag as it would be new? I don't...

I would love to know the size difference between sasha/natasha too...I really love big bags and am worried the natasha might be a tiny bit small for me.

I think I might break down and order the black natasha (with the black lining) from zappos, just to see what it looks like in person.

Wow, I thought I saw some of the matching lining at Nordstrom but that was a few months back. Might want to keep checking if there are any that were returned?

I think the only places to find the lamb versions are ebay or bonanza. Saw a few on there recently. Since they're not made that way anymore, that's why they're priced almost as much as (or more) than the original price.
