Hi MG experts! Can you please tell me if MG has a combo of brandy with a navy interior or did they just do the brandy with Avion which, (I think…as I haven't seen in person) is a more greyish shade of blue? I wanted to ask the quick question of whether this combo even exists before I take time to ask for and post pics for the authenticate this folks. I just need to know if brandy has only had the avion blue or if they do a version with a darker blue. Thanks SO much

I swore they had a brandy/blu, which was more of a navy color. I don't see it on the MG site anymore; can anyone back me up on this?

I would like to buy the black Bucket with red color inside. I like leather that will hold its shape for this style of bag, scratches are perfectly fine with me. Which leather will this be?

As for their backpack, I would like leather that will patina over time. So which leather should I choose?

Kindly advise me. TIA

Hi! Does anyone have any good pics of how the brandy/brick combo looks? It's hard for me to see much contrast in the images I have come across...is it pretty tone on tone? Deciding between that or a brandy/avion combo...will be my first MG, so I have little to go on- thanks!!

Very tone on tone-I no longer have mine brandy/brick but prefer the contrast of brandy/avion.

Thank you! And can you describe the avion? Is it more of a blue or a grey? So hard to commit before seeig in person!

To me, it's a grey with blue tone.

They are pretty close. The brandy has more cooler tones in it though while the brick is more orangey.
My fave interior for the brandy is blu. It's a sharp contrast.

Does anyone know if the Black/Cammello exterior colors for the bucket bags are now coming in calf coated as well? On Bergdorf they are selling the Cammello/Rosa as "calf coated" but I'm not sure if that just refers to the interior...

Their descriptions, prices, etc, are always bizarre. The interior of the veg tans is coated but not the outside.

Cassey, for the bucket bag you'd want veg tanned leather, calf leather, or saffiano leather.
They should keep their shape over use and are more scatch resistant as from left to right.
Barney's has a large black/flamma saffiano bucket bag available for preorder, delivery in oct.

For the backpack, you'd want either a brandy or camello veg. leather backpack as that will show patina over time. I don't believe the black will, as it's already so dark :p

Yeah, the "patina" on the black is more of the change to the finish rather than color. It becomes shinier.
