The particular one I was posting about had big dents in it like chicken pox scars. I kept it for a while but ended up getting rid of it and buying from another launch which came near perfect. I can tolerate some imperfections but this stood out very obviously and I wasn't happy with it. I was able to mostly buff it out but after a before long it was very noticeable again.
I did get a lot of unacceptable ones from net a porter back then. Even the calf buckets I got recently one came with very obvious marks and a brown rust ring on the button that holds the pouch. The other was ok.
I've not had the same kind of issues anywhere else with marks, scratches and faults as I have with net a porter. Lucky for free returns.

I just bought a tote from NAP, I'm a bit nervous now reading about all this... Fingers crossed!

The mini mini I got from them was perfect but there's not alot of space for something to be wrong on that. I am expecting a camello bucket from them tomorrow though and I'm sure that is a return so my expectations are low and I assume I'll be sending it back.

Help! First time to use since I got it. Didnt apply any treatment, now my question is- if i apply any leather conditioner would it change or darken the color right away? Cause I still want the color to remain the same for awhile.

I used make up remover cloths to remove the color transfer from my jeans on my camello bag. Didn't notice any darkening. HTH!

What is the best way to keep the bag in a nice shape? I've had this for about 2-3 weeks now and the leather is much softer, and when I wear it the side keeps "bending" inwards. Any tips??? Thanks :smile1:

Has anyone used the Collonil Classic leather gel on their veg tanned bag? Tried searching this thread but couldn't see that anyone has. I have a black bucket and would like to put some basic protection on it against rain and stains.
