Hi is anyone available to advise about products for people in the UK. I cant find Chamberlain Milk no 1 anywhere, what would you suggest instead for protecting a lady in black/flamma. It arrived with significant veining and some scratches.

I just used the Apple Guard Care Conditioner on my new black/marina bucket, which also arrived with some veining and scratches. After its first application, most of my scratches went away and the veining seemed less obvious.

Thank you so much. It is also unavailable in the UK for some reason. chamberlains also sold out and 3rd party are selling it for £105 plus!

damn, sorry to hear that. with amazon, i would keep checking for availability. i find that they often restock as often as they sell out of popular items.

you may also try this retailer who is located in the USA (in Ohio). i ordered my Apple Guard products from them in the past (i think i first heard of them through TPF...in the Chanel or Fendi forum), and they periodically email me 20% off codes (i could provide these to you as soon as i get them...just let me know).

and i just checked - they do ship international. considering the shipping cost, should you decide to purchase from them, you may want to do a relatively large order (the cost will vary I assume depending on the weight).

i've used the blackrock leather n rich and it is just absolutely amazing!

I agree!! I used it on my black flamma and my Brandy avion and they turned out perfect!! Especially with the Brandy avion- if perfected a lot of marks and one spot that had dye saturation on the leather which I was so worried about when I received the bag! That looks great. Can you apply it with a cloth ?

I decided to order Chamberlain's Leather Milk in #3 (a few of the brands recommended here don't ship to Australia). From what I gathered they said it's the same as #1 but more heavy duty (waterproofing), which I definitely need living in Melbourne! Now I just have to wait for my bag to arrive.

This will definitely get better with use. You can remove the "String" and work it a little to soften it. Roll/unroll it repeatedly to break it in. You could also use a leather conditioner on it to make it softer.
I tie mine like a neck tie. But even so it has to said that the structure and stiffness of the bag don't make it the easiest to get into.

Good to know! I was just about to get some leather milk #1, think I might change to #3 now.

I have tried #1 and #3 on my brandy pouch and noted some slightly uneven darkening. but most blend in with time.. u may wanna try on the pouch or strap first :)
