I will be leaving my two with light interior alone. I've not treated the outside of any of them either but it wouldn't actually have crossed my mind to do anything to the inside to be honest.

Has anyone done anything to protect a light-coloured interior? I have a Black/Ballerina bucket coming, and I've never really dealt with an interior that was so light as well as non-canvas. Do you treat it, always use a purse organizer, or just leave it be?

I use a purse organizer with protects the interior as a bonus!

I have conditioned my brandy bucket each time it's got significant scratches or raindrops from regular use. It's definitely darkened from the conditioner and while still a structured bag, it had softened up over time. I think the softening is from regular use more than the conditioner though. I love the brandy colour as it darkens / patinas.

Thank you for the info....I was going to ask for a pic there are so few of pictured with patina! It looks really pretty and just a rich, dark cognac- love!

Stunning! I'm surprised that the short handle stands up straight. It must be really quite stiff?

I used the Apple Care conditioner on black veg-tanned bucket and it didn't soften the leather at all. However, I did apply it very very sparingly. It seemed to cause some light streaking last night at parts where more conditioner were absorbed, but they have since disappeared. After the conditioning, I sprayed Apple Garde waterproofing spray quite liberally to prevent any water stains from setting in.

YES it is super stiff. Which I love and it keeps it shape even when its pretty full. I will try the conditioner plus the waterproof spray...thanks!

Hi is anyone available to advise about products for people in the UK. I cant find Chamberlain Milk no 1 anywhere, what would you suggest instead for protecting a lady in black/flamma. It arrived with significant veining and some scratches.

I found my chamberlains on Amazon. I'm not sure if they ship there, but maybe the actual company would.

At the bottom they mentioned Amazon UK
