I have a spot on my large rosa rosa that has worn through the coating already. At first I thought maybe it was color transfer but it's actually worn. I have only carried the bag for about 2 weeks and not all that much. Kinda disappointed. Think I should reach out to the company for help? I expected some wear on the corners but not on one of the folds/creases in the middle of the bag. This is on the back of the bag where it touches my hip.

Longtime lurker first time poster adding my two cents. Bickmore Guard works wonderfully except if it comes into contact with any glue residue on the bag. I just sprayed my cammello bucket and while it looks perfect, I think there is a bit of glue residue along some of the seams; the color of the bag is noticeable darker where the spray met the glue. I think it is unavoidable as you won't discover the glue residue until you spray.

I got this terrible scratch on my relatively new MG bucket bag today! unfortunately, it isn't the usual surface scratches, the leather seems to have been "torn" a little and the scratch is quite deep. I am heartbroken, does anyone know anything that would help?

I had one also on one of my black buckets. Not quite as deep, but close. I kind of lightly scratched the scratch with my fingernail to smooth it out a little, if that makes sense. Then I used some black Meltonian polish, let it dry & buffed it out. You can use the black polish sparingly all over the bag, too, to even out any dye issues. The next day I went all over the bag with Blackrock Leather 'N' Rich.

I can't even tell where the scratch was! You can get both products on Amazon.

Hope this helps & good luck!

Omg the same thing happened to me on my Large Tote. It's even on the front side so I'm dying a little each time I see it.

One corner of my bag has started to lose a bit of colour already. I'm shocked as I just discovered this yesterday! Anyone tips on what to do? Would regular shoe polish help?

When I first wore my black bag, I was walking my dog and dropped it on the sidewalk. Since my dog was scared, she ran forward and my bag was dragged along the sidewalk - it had horrible scratches like this all over the front! I bought some leather conditioner online not expecting it to do much, but it really smoothed out the scratches and blended the leather beautifully. I would try that - hope it helps!

My heart just sank when I read the first two sentences. So glad the conditioner fixed it, I may have to give it a go. I'm not even sure how I got these scratches but they're quite deep. Was wondering which brand you bought the conditioner from, or is it just a random brand? ImageUploadedByPurseForum1434036699.862063.jpg
