Don't worry about it. Just go pick up the clochette and perhaps email your current SA that you will be stopping by the store to pick up the clochette. There is no need to walk on egg shell for this. At the end of the day, you are a good customer over time and you will get your offers as H is a business and your SA will sell to you.
Also, I've seen in some stores (typically larger ones), repairs and replacements tend to be followed up by a specific person who handles post-repair care regardless of which SA submitted it . You can reply to them or just tell your SA that you heard your repair was ready.

This may be a weird question but I got a new clochette made for my Kelly in January (before I started a relationship with my current SA). I just got an email from another SA that my clochette is ready and that if I want to make an appointment with her to pick it up to let her know. Not that there’s any commission on clochettes or anything, but I don’t know if it will look like I’m “cheating” on my current SA. Should I just thank the SA that emailed me and let my current SA know that I’m coming in to pick it up? Or should I just make an appointment with the one that emailed me?
Agreed, not to worry - let your SA know you're coming in and make an effort to see him/her while you're picking it up. Maybe you can share your wishlist then too. Be friendly with multiple SA's, no one's going to ding you for that! Talking to another SA is allowed!!:flowers:

Yes, at my store one particular SA looks after all repairs and will email when the item returns to the store.

Hi Ladies, just a quick update to say I’ve had an amazing experience at the Selfridges store. I was super worried about being ignored and never being able to establish a relationship with a good SA in London, but it turned out that I met the most kind gentleman and I think it’s going to work. I’ve even managed to score a gorgeous black bolide! Sooo happy! :happydance:

I am sure this has been asked before and apologies in advance... When you start forging a relationship with SA does it have to be in the leather department if the ultimate goal is to score a B/K?
Same here. Except for the bags I’ve scored at the FSH, all my Bs and Ks I got through the ladies department. I don’t even know from which department is the gentleman at the Selfridges store that offered to be my new SA and helped to score the black bolide, although I’m not sure how it works there, being such a small place.

NO, I have gotten 2 Bs and many Ks and even a made to order offer from the jewellery specialist. R u still shopping in London?
Thank you that's good to know! Yes I live in London. Been to NBS recently and came across a really helpful SA in the silks department, he was so helpful I am planning to buy all silks from him in the future but just don't want to set my own expectation too high that this will lead to something.

I was told that CDCs don’t count towards b/k (or any bracelet for that matter). But my friend in Toronto said it does count there. Is it different everywhere as to what counts and what doesn’t?

Also, does anyone have multiple SAs in different locations? I’m just wondering how common that is. Thanks.

I doubt there’s any hard rules on “what counts”...

I think it’s common to have multiple SA relationships -unless you don’t travel at all... it’s fun to have multiple touch points at different locations !

And no need to obsess over what counts or not! Love what you buy and buy what you love and an offer will be there before you even think twice about it :graucho:
