I totally agree with everyone saying. If you love the items that you purchased, please do NOT return it, even if you purchased it from different SA. Your SA was well aware of the situation and she probably asked her colleague to help her out since she was occupied with other client.

I tend to make an appointment with my SA in late afternoon, hence the traffics in store kinda die down and I have more time with her.

Maybe ask your SA what’s the best time for you to come in for your next appointment?

Everyone has different experiences with their SAs, None of them are identical. As long as you’re happy with her and you feel like she’s sincere and up front with you then dont over think about this situation too much.
Thank you so much, yes I do love the items I purchased, I just didn't want my SA to think I did not waited for her or anything and went with this other SA. I did waited but she also disappeared assisting others and my time was short and the new SA kept saying let me help and all that so I assumed my SA told her to help. But now I totally learned my lesson and will make appointments during her down time. Thank you again! :)

It’s actually poor taste for the second SA to name themselves as the SA considering it was clear that you worked with another previously. Whenever our SAs aren’t available, someone else will help but still list our SAs as the associate on the sale/receipt.
Yes that's what makes me feel confused too cause I thought she would list this other SA knowing I am her client. I am not sure what to do here too as in not sure if I am ruining my relationship with the existing SA or if she would feel this SA steal her client or I am not loyal to her? It's just an odd situation.

How about just talking to your SA. “Hey, when I looked at the receipt and saw it wasn’t under your name. I assumed the other SA would list you knowing that you and I work well together” and then take it from there. A) your SA will know that you care about their getting paid and B) will show that you appreciate their help.

JMO, maybe your SA was ok for the other SA to take the credit because she couldn’t assist you and didn’t want you to wait? It might be an agreement bet the SAs? So many scenarios could happened.

If you’re concerned about that, next time when you have an appointment with your Sa, maybe you can casually bring that up to her?

If that situation were to happen to me, I would bring that up just to clarify and make sure what’s the right step to do if that happens again… not in confrontation way, I just want to make sure that my SA is ok with it.

Thanks so much, yes that's a great idea :)

Thanks so much, yes I am not too familiar with H mechanism and just do not want to do the wrong thing. I am so grateful for this forum and the insights I am getting :)

I would be annoyed at the SA if I were to make an appointment but she is too busy at the appointed hour attending to another client. Is this even proper service?

what is the point of an appointment with a familiar SA if the SA is not gonna serve me at that time…. So, I don’t think the burden should be on the customer for this….

A couple of times, I did make an appointment with my SA but she suddenly had a client turn up without appointment to pickup something previously ordered. She was very apologetic. And I never waited more than 10mins.

Oh doll, there are no right or wrong in retail shopping. As long as you’re genuinely nice, sincere, be upfront about what you are looking for, have patience with the high demand items and hopefully your SA does the same for you. Things will just go smoother and make your shopping experience much more enjoyable.

I see, I waited good 20 minutes and it seems like my SA wouldn't be even available for another good 15 to 20 minutes and I couldn't wait longer as well. I did made a trip out of my way so I didn't want to leave without getting anything...thanks again for this.

I'm sorry if I missed it, but did you have an appointment with your SA or did you just drop in? Sometimes when I come in for my appointment my SA is wrapping up with his previous appointment and I have to wait 10-15 minutes. I always wait for him though.

I did text my SA about the time I will drop by and it was confirmed though, I assumed that served as an appointment. I see re wait time, maybe I shouldve waited longer but would have been 30-40 mins and I couldn't stay too long

I mean I don't blame you for not waiting if you didn't have time to wait. I book all my appointments now online and I specific that I want a selling appointment which gives me 1 hr with my SA. Even when it's arranged with my SA through text, he sends me a confirmation text using the new appointment system as well.

Oh I see, I didnt know we could do that on the H website. I will do that moving forward. Thanks again!
