Yes i agreed. Loyalty goes a long way, but it goes both ways.

If i have spent $24k in one year, and the SA has not even offered me any bags. No constance, kelly or birkin. I think it would be in anyone’s best interest to move on and start over. I know my purchase history will no longer be valid in the new store, but I am happy with that. I would rather start new than continue staying in a relationship that will not work out.

Since Vegas has 3 stores, they are competitive and really want loyalty from their customers (if you want to establish a relationship at all).

100% Agreed! it is terrible that you was not offered - which categories did you spend on? were you specific on what you were looking for?
My home store is also in vegas.

My store is also in Vegas. Had to start all over again since I had to move and the store at South Coast plaza was so difficult to get anything. My SA wouldn’t even mention anything about a bag. She was with Hermes for 25 years and she was not the type of person to order things. I intuitively felt that she wanted to sell what was available at the store. That’s it. My new SA is always willing to order or transfer things, which is a blessing

Shoes, silver jewelry, small leather goods, a sweater, towels, mugs. Pretty much anything that i like.

i wanted birkin 25 in black or etoupe or constance. I knew it was a hard to get color so I didn’t push or constantly pestering my Sa for it. But when it was already 1 year, i asked and his response was stocks are very limited.

That’s good that you switch. A good SA will really make your shopping experience a lot more enjoyable.

How long were you shopping at SCP? Did you old SA there ever even offer you a quota bag?

Wow. So sorry to hear that. SCP is my home store too.
No worries. Once I moved to Vegas I was ready to start fresh. I tried to continue my relationship with my SA in California but she wasn’t answering my texts, which weren’t that many. I would text her maybe once every two months asking for one or two items at a time but I noticed she was very resistant to order things for me. So I was like, “yeah, I am not wasting my time with this. If I am gonna spend that much money, I want what I want.” I am open minded and flexible when it comes to bags and colors and such. I remember I loved a specific bracelet and I asked her if she could order it for me. She said no. I asked if she could custom order it from France and she said no. I think that was the breaking point. Before I met my Vegas SA I found a SA in Denver and during our first zoom call she put in an order for the bracelet and it is being made in France. She didn’t make a big deal about it. Super annoying.

Hello, I’m a newbie here!

I don’t go to H store anymore because I don’t get assigned a SA before pandemic. Before I went in, bought some stuff and got out. No SA really checked on me or asked me if I need anything. I asked one of the people there if i need different sizes.

How do you get a SA? I went to SCP store :(

During pandemic, I think the protocol is you call the store and leave a message that you want an appointment. Someone will call you back. At that time, you can ask to be assigned an SA.

have you read bringing home the birkin? the author categorized the SAs based on the way you just did. It is a fun read for hermes lovers. haha

what you SA said seem correct. my SA was upfront with me that if I wanted a B25, it will be a much longer wait... once I told her I am open to b30 (which in reality is a better size for me), I got my offer in a 2 month (6 mths into my journey)
