Her off days are Wednesday and Friday ! fear that if old SA hold grudges and try to influence on my new SA
If I am spending 5 figures and up for a bag & other things on one brand, fear of an SA should never be in the picture. Your relationship should be a business relationship that both of you benefit from (the SA gets her sales while you get the goodies your requested for). Sometimes, you just don't connect with a person..no matter how hard you try. And that is okay. Accept it and just move on. Find another store. Meet with the SA. If you don't feel the vibe, don't buy anything but politely thank him or her..and then drop by again next time..and see if you will get along with another SA.

What you guys think about this quote
I never have exchanged anything but most SAs want client to enjoy their items. And exchanging is just part of business and part of the company policy. If ur SA is any good and care about customer service, they will not care if u exchange once in a while

I see no reason why you can’t exchange as long as it’s within the window / policy (30 days I believe?). It shouldn’t even matter why (it doesn’t fit; you just don’t like it; whatever). If you find nothing to exchange with you can also return for store credit (assuming this is not an online purchase in which case you can return for refund). As long as you aren’t returning / exchanging a majority of all your purchases all the time, then any reasonable SA will be happy to help you.

Never keep an item
You don’t like! Same goes for buying something just for the sake of building “relationship” with a store or SA. Unless you have money to burn, get items you love and will use! I hurts my heart when I see folks keep or buy things just for the sake of hoping to get a B/c/k. Trust me when I say, you will get the bag eventually if you just show genuine love and interest. It’s a slow process but it will happen.

Not my case ! I love all H has to offer lol. I agree with you about genuine love for both H products and appreciation of hard working SA bc that made me first B. Indeed.

If you are not satisfied with the item you got, exchange it or return it for credit towards something else. As long as you don’t do it with every purchase, there is no reason for it to become an issue.

The only case where a return may become an issue is when returning an item that was transferred from another store. It takes time and effort for the store and they may end up with an item no one else wants.

Couple of thoughts.

1. Try not to buy things impulsively and you'll likely not have to return much.

2. Feel free to exchange sizes. A bracelet of mine was far too big (phone order) so I sent it right back. It's an even exchange.

yes, I agree with that. In the beginning of my journey I bought some things out of impulse and had to return. So now, I am sticking to what works for me and what I know I will use: some pieces of fine jewelry, fragrance, and maybe sneakers in the future.

Every time I visited my SA I had list to buy andI stick with it. My SA knows well I did research on items bc I love H products. But sizing is tricky sometimes.

Only once did you I exchange an item (it was a blanket that I didn’t realize I already have; same color and everything). I bought it from my home store but exchanged it in another (closer to me). Then when my regular SA from my home store was offering me a hard to get item (KTG), she saw my profile and asked me why I exchanged the item. She warned me not to do it too often cos it would look bad in my profile, if she were to offer me a quota bag next time and needed the SM’s approval. She wasn’t mean about it and she understood why I did it, but we’ve had this relationship wherein she’s quite honest with me about the why’s and how’s of their store. Mind you I’ve never returned/exchanged anything before in the 6-7 years I’ve been her client. And I don’t believe it’s because I did it with another store; she knows I buy from H stores in 2 other states sometimes.
