Your account is fine. I wouldn’t worry about it. My account number was changed when they merged my online account and in store. I don’t know if the “purchase history” is gone but it has not impacted my experience.
Appreciate greatly for both of your responses!!
I read everything in the quoted thread, and it does seem complicated to merger customer accounts. I do hope they still have all my purchase records. But, over all, this shouldn’t be a big deal according to others’ experiences. :confused1:

Happened to me. If you're concerned just mention it to your regular sa next time you purchase something and see what they say.

I think because most people don't like to tell their sob stories on social media. No one wants to admit on social media that you spent $25,xxx to be offered a $11k bag and had to build a relationship over a period of time. It actually sounds sad and pathetic. Hearing stories about clients getting an offer after hitting it off with their SAs with little spend is the unicorn story. It's the exception, not the rule.

But have you guys noticed that "influencers" tend to get offers faster? I forget which YT video I was watching, but she had 800k subscribers and literally was offered a b30 fauve barenia faubourg after buying a pair of boots a month prior.
I wouldn’t count that she’s showing every purchase to be honest. There’s probably a lot between the boots and the bag.

Would anyone here have a SA that you work with in King of Prussia? I am moving to PA soon. I have a SA in California who not being responsive so I don’t want to waste my time chasing her around. Thank you so much!!!

Are you referring to Lydia Millen? She got her gold b30 from a reseller, BUT she did just get her black Kelly more recently from the store!! I guess the wishlist system in London works with minimal buy history.

Came to this thread to research on how to get a birkin fm boutique. After reading i don’t think i have time and energy to spend 30k+ to get an offer

I agree with @cloee comment above. Buying from the boutique is not for the faint of heart. You really have to learn to just "roll with it" and hopefully you'll get what you want or least get close to what you want! Don't give up on buying from boutique if you like other non b/k/c items. Even though I like to complain, if I am truthful with myself, I would say it has been an enjoyable process. It's been a learning process and it is forcing me to learn patience.

I agree with everyone else here. I started my H journey exactly one year ago. I only purchase what I like and obviously hope that one day I will get offer a Birkin 25. But after spending $20k in one year, still no offers. Not even one single bag.

Am i somewhat upset? Absolutely but I do understand that by no means you are entitle to get a bag even if your spending ratio is already $20k in one year. However, seeing some influencers getting bags without that much purchase history really puts a sour taste in my mouth.

I guess maybe i will just pay a premium and get it somewhere else. The H game is definitely not for me.

Have you enquired about a B, C or K?
Possibly your SA has just been pleased to serve you and relieved that you are not another one of those customers scheming to be offered a quota bag.

On the $20K, is any of it fine jewelry or RTW? In the beginning of my H journey (which is crazy to think it’s almost 15 years ago now), I would buy a lot of scarves, other leather goods, shoes, and would have to wait a year or so before getting an offer. Once I started getting into their fine jewelry and RTW, it’s been pretty much a 1 to 1 ratio of offers or special orders. Fortunately I love Hermes fine jewelry - but usually as soon as I buy a bracelet for $10K for instance, I would get offered a bag the same week or month. Now I actually spend less per year in total at Hermes for a bag versus 10 years ago when it was a lot of smaller items.

I noticed the same thing! I like her videos and was so surprised she got a black Kelly offer one month after just buying a pair of jumping boots!

Don't be fooled, there's a lot of smoke and mirrors with most of these Youtubers/Influencers. The boots, Birkin 30 and Kelly were all purchased from the preloved store Sellier Knightsbridge not Hermes. Only the belt was from the Hermes boutique in London. It's all been exposed on another website (Lydia's Tattle thread).

For those that have been purchasing items for a while and still haven't received your B, K or C offer, don't get disheartened after seeing reveals from some influencers - it's not always as it seems.

I second @DA Club’s response! Spending in RTW will definitely get you a bag sooner especially since you have spent $20k. There aren’t any guarantees in the H game, have you spoken to your SA about your wish list again? Is this your first bag? Perhaps be more flexible with colors/sizes? Inventory is very low right now across the board due to COVIF and b/k25 are very high in demand. Maybe revisit your wish list with your SA? If you are interested in only one bag versus creating a relationship with an SA and long term relationship with Hermes, than reseller is a better option because you can purchase the exact spec you want with no fuss. If you want to create and formulate a relationship than patience is a big part of the game. unfortunately it sometimes takes 6+months if the bag/color/size you want is a hot hot commodity.

On the $20k, it was actually 2 bags. One picotin and one 2424. Also got some costume jewelry, shoes, belt, one sweater, CDC bracelet.

I do love their fine jewelry but quite expensive. I am more into handbags and shoes
