Thanks for the information! I didn’t know SA can get stuff online. My SA can transfer items from other stores or requested it from Paris. I am still waiting for my ring, which he requested from Paris 3 month ago....

SA are happy to bring stuff in from other stores or inventory online. But it should be things you really want.

My question is this - if the store is small, I wonder if they also get less shipment of HG bags? Thus you would be competing with lots of people for fewer bags. Do you have another store nearby? Maybe somewhere you could manage to get to a few times a year? Unless, of course, you really connect with your Sa and you absolutely want to remain in that store.

Thank you ladies for your replies. It's tricky picking a store -- there are others near me, with great inventory but more clients. So I tried my luck at the smaller "neglected" store, haha, and hope to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond there

I will try to request transfers! Thanks ladies

My anniversary with my wonderful sa is coming soon! I'm hoping to give her something for giving me so many wonderful goodies this year.
This is going to be our first anniversary. She's given me a pico, Evelyn mini, mini roulis, the constance of my dream and Surprised me with a birkin. I think it's worth celebrating isn't it?
Any suggestions? :)

I don’t think SA are “allowed” to take any treats beyond something edible that can be shared or flowers. It can’t be anything too expensive. At least, that is how it is in the US. I like to do Godiva chocolates or chocolate covered strawberries that are sharable for all!

Your SA sounds great. It's such a good idea to celebrate your anniversary with her!

You are right. Recently I tried to give my SA a gift after she went through quite a bit of hassle to get me an item I requested. She turned it down and told me they can only accept food and flowers. Next time I went in with a box of chocolate and she gladly accepted it!

It's up to you - whether an anniversary or you just feel like it. Your SA will appreciate your gesture. A box of chocolate will do.

I tried to search but came up with old threads so I will post my question here. Please move of necessary.

Do SAs get commission from selling Kelly Pochette?
My understanding is that they get commission (USA) on ALL non-quota bag purchases. So if it doesn’t count as a quota bag for you, it counts as money in their pocket for them. That being said, I believe it is a tiered commission structure so probably not very much. Also, in the USA, exotic KPs are quota bags, while non-exotic leather KPs are not quota bags.

The Japanese have a tradition of gifting omiyage (souvenir) to friends, family, and co-workers and since my SA is Japanese I always get her little deserts from my travels. My SA is out of state so it is hard to visit her but I think the occasional omiyage and wallet draining helps refresh her memory haha.

Hey!
This might be a stupid question, but is it impossible to get a Hermès Kelly? Like do I have to stand on a list at every store? I want to buy a brand new one, not used or second hand. I want to buy it myself from the store. I think I did saw a YouTube video, of a influencer who told something like that one can go to the flagship store in Paris and buy, is it true?

I was offered 2 Kelly's last month, so not impossible. I'm not new to the H game though.

As with H, anything is possible. Paris, you can walk in and try to get one. Other places, it's luck of the draw whether they'll offer you one without a huge spend. Goodluck!

I’m trying to get a kelly too and was offered one in NYC Madison store when I was on a business trip but rejected it due to the color.

You definitely can get a kelly, but to my understanding, we need to build some purchase history, hopefully diverse items in Hermes before the offer. In the meantime, patience is important. Good luck.
