I will definitely ask. My immediate thought was “he’s sending me away” is he trying to get rid of me? I don’t have any reason to think this. I’m a good spender at H. However, I’ve only been shopping with him for 8 months. My last purchase was around $16k (jewelry.) being so close to my next offer has me worried. This just threw me off
Was the link to the same portal you get when you navigate yourself on h dot com “Find A Store” or something different? Trying to understand if the link was something very old, or a new something they are just rolling out.

Thank you I’m trying to stay positive as I’m hopeful my QB is around the corner. I just found this so weird since the whole idea of having an SA is to schedule personalized appointments. I’m worried if I schedule an appointment and he’s already booked at that time they will just assign someone else.

@Mila11 I wanted to buy a jacket for my daughter, who is 19, and lives with us. We have the same credit card and I told her to use our mutual card. I was not with her, so my SA opened an account for her and she bought the jacket for herself under her account. However, my SA has known my daughter since she was 7 years old♥️♥️♥️😩.

Your daughter should have no problems opening her own account.

Oh this is great! Hopefully she can start getting her own offers. My daughter wants her own account & my SA has told her to hold off (not sure why). All my DH & daughter’s purchases go under my account. I want her to start building her own purchase history.

I actually asked my Store Manager about this for my teenager... and she thought it was such a cute idea!

So just to confirm, she will be able to get QBs under her own account? I’m definitely opening an account for my daughter than
well I didn't mention my daughter is still too young to shop on her own, and I wasn't trying to get bags on her profile, just thought it would be a fun thing to do, so I didn't specifically ask about that. But I'm assuming if your daughter shops regularly and does all the normal relationship building, she should be able to get her own quota bags since she is over 18. Just make sure the credit card has her name on it.

And they will know she is part of your family, so depending on how strict they are being, they may say 2 QBs per FAMILY vs per profile. I have seen that before too, FYI. You should probably ask your SA what their policy is.

My girls have Hermes NQBs. Frankly, they are too young and not financially in a position to be buying Hermes anything with their own money. They are not even allowed to borrow my Hermes QBs. I am happy to share my RTW and NQBs with my 22 and 19 year old. The only reason she was allowed to buy the jacket with my card, which is in her name, was because she got into her dream college and that was her congratulations gift. Regarding her relationship with my SA, she would never buy something for herself or make an appointment with him without me knowing first. My SA does keep little secrets when it comes to gifts my hubby may buy me.
